Hello, and welcome to...

The Fish Shop!

Here at The Fish Shop, we provide quality aquatic companions for all of our customers to love and enjoy. We are constantly trying to get shipments of new species and items in, and right now, we have some freshwater fish and snails available for purchase. We also have tanks in three different sizes and a variety of plants and rocks to house with your aquarium life. Take a look, will you? :)

Housing/Tanks
The Fish Shop currently has three tanks in sizes small, medium, and large.

Small: Small Tank

Medium:

Large:

Keep in mind, a tank cannot house a fish, plant, or rock bigger than it is. To help, here are some rough, basic parameters for tanks (though you'll sort of have to judge from this how many fish you can fit. Make sure they're not overcrowded! Fish need their space!):
Small tanks can house one goldfish or two platies or three tetras or two hatchetfish or one betta or three glofish or three guppies or six snails.
Medium Tanks can house two goldfish or four platies or five tetras or four hatchetfish or two bettas or five glofish or five guppies or ten snails.
Large Tanks can house four goldfish or eight platies or nine tetras or seven hatchetfish or three bettas or ten glofish or ten guppies or fifteen snails.
Remember, the above are rough estimates, and you should always make sure the animals you want will fit with some wiggle room. As well as animals, there are plants and rocks. I will not provide rough estimates for them because I think you'll be able to guesstimate which plants/rocks can fit and which can't in your tank. Just remember that fish can overlap over plants/rocks.
Also, a tank's substrate (the stuff on the bottom of the tank) is a default color of brown, but you can choose any solid color you want for it. Now, I said solid color - that means just red, just blue, just purple, etc.; multicolored substrate is not available.

Plants and Corals
At The Fish Shop, we currently have a few different plants here for you to put in your tanks with your aquatic life for that decorative and natural touch.

Water Sprite:

Vallisneria Spiralis:

Marsh Pennywort:

Java Moss:

Java Fern:

Dwarf Anubias:

Broad Leaf Flame Ivy:

Anacharis/Elodea:

Amazon Sword:

Rocks
Not only does The Fish Shop have plants, we have rocks, too.  These will also add a nice aspect to your aquarium.  Pictures shown are actual size.

Small Rock:
Medium Rock:
Large Rock:
Pile of Rocks:
Pointy Rock/Lion King Rock:
Tunnel Rock:

Live Aquatic Animals
Finally, the part you've all probably been waiting for.  The live animals!  Specific species come in their own set of colors.

FISH
Bettas: Red Betta
Betta fish are nicknamed "Siamese Fighting Fish."  The males have more beautiful, flowing finnage than the females, generally.  These fish are also rather smart, as they can be taught to swim through hoops, follow your finger, and jump out of the water.  Bettas are sold in the colors Pink, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Black, Gray/Silver, and White at The Fish Shop.

Glofish: Neon Green Glofish
Glofish come in bright, neon colors and are a small and colorful addition to any aquarium.  Glofish are sold in the colors Neon Pink, Neon Red, Neon Orange, Neon Yellow, Neon Green, Neon Blue, and Neon Purple at The Fish Shop.

Goldfish: Orange Spotted Goldfish
Ah, the ever-popular goldfish!  Despite what you may know, goldfish get really big.  They are also a very messy fish.  But they are pretty nonetheless, and a goldfish can still be a great pet.  Goldfish are sold in the colors Orange, Black, White, Orange Spotted, Black Spotted, and Orange and Black Spotted at The Fish Shop.

Guppies: Purple Guppy
Haven't you ever seen a little kid just go and buy himself some guppies in the older movies?  Guppies are generally easy to care for and one can get multiples for a full tank of colorful fish.  Guppies are sold in the colors Pink, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Black, Gray/Silver, and White at The Fish Shop.

Hatchetfish: Gray/Silver Hatchetfish
Hatchetfish have big, flat bodies, starting with his head, his body slowly curves down and around.  A hatchet has a somewhat similar shape, so I'm guessing that's where they got their name from!  Hatchetfish are sold in the colors Pink, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Black, Gray/Silver, and White at The Fish Shop.

Platies: White Platy
A platy can usually be distinguished from another fish by its "pointier" head.  Platies are sold in the colors Pink, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Black, Gray/Silver, and White at The Fish Shop.

Tetras: Yellow Tetra
Tetras are sold in the colors Pink, Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, Black, Gray/Silver, and White at The Fish Shop.

NEW! Cory Catfish: Panda Cory
Cory catfish, or corys for short, are called "corydoras" scientifically and are a small species similar to that of a catfish.  They are bottom-dwellers and are a calm and peaceful tankmate for many other fish.  Cory catfish are sold in the colors Emerald Green, Bronze, Peppered, Leopard, Bandit, Panda, Skunk, Black, Gray/Silver, and White at The Fish Shop. (Above pictured is the Panda Cory.)

INVERTEBRATES
Snails: Yellow+Cream Snail
Snails are small tankmates that can clean algae, but don't always do that job.  At the moment, snails are available in two different color pairings, but we are going to get more in the future.  Snails are sold in the colors Yellow+Cream and Brown+Green at The Fish Shop.

Customs
You can also get any fish/invertebrate of any of the species mentioned above in multicolors and designs if you want to.  That is why it is called a Custom, because you can customize one of the above species to your desire.  For a slightly raised fee, you can also ask for a species NOT above customized to your liking.  When you order a Custom that is not one of the above, you will be given a parameter for which tank it can fit in, as well.

Prices
Now we get to the part nobody really likes, but is important nonetheless... the prices.  Send the tu only after I have given you your tank.
Tanks: Small tanks are 10k, Medium tanks are 20k, and Large tanks are 35k.
Plants and Corals: Plants are 2k each.
Rocks: Rocks are 1k each.
Live Aquatic Animals: Fish are 6k each.  Invertebrates are 4k each.
Customs: Customs using one of the already-available fish are 10k.  Customs that use a fish of your liking that is not already available are 15k.

Forms
If you've decided to go ahead and purchase your very own aquarium, this is the spot to place your order! :)

For Substrate Color, you can just put "Default" or some other solid color. For Plant(s), Rock(s), Fish, and Invertebrates, just list off what you want and be sure to include how many of a specific item you want (and specificy which color of a fish/invertebrate you'd like). If you'd like a custom, provide a rather detailed deion and if you want an already-available fish or one that is of your choice. Total Cost is how much everything will add up to.

Lastly, as a final note, don't be afraid to ask questions. I will gladly answer them. :)

Thank you for stopping by! :)
