I believe I have found someone, this is closed.Now, my biggest things are that:
1. It's done in a respectable amount of time, within two weeks would be grand.
2. It's digital, sorry o_o
3. It's realistic. I like realistic stuff.
4. Must have a transparent background.

You will be drawing her laying down, something like this [

Now, a lot of this is free will. I want her laying somewhere on the top of the content box, but her tail can drop down off the side, or what have ye.
Specifics I want:
She must be laying on the top of the content box, but she can be hanging off the side, like her tail can drop down around the end. [Content box is 630px]
I want the pendant she is holding, which is a wooden pendant with the engravement of the Placebo Wings on it [
tle="" href="http://fc08.deviantart.net/fs42/i/2009/103/a/d/Placebo_Wings_Tattoo_by_Trapped_In_Amber.jpg">link], to be hanging down into the content box, her arm can be hanging forward, too, but if her head is laying down, then I want at least one arm resting under her head.
The wings can be anywhere, as long as they don't interfere with anything.
It doesn't matter how tall the image is, and it doesn't have to go across the whole top of the content box.
Uhm... the colors are all correct on the above image, so it'd be best to use a colorpicker on her.
It must have a transparent background. I don't want any kind of border around her, and I don't want the small red border you an see around her, either P:
I'll be willing to pay a pretty penny for a great commish, but I want to see examples first :)
And I typically go to the same person time after time for things, so keep that in mind :D
