they're good, i think the traditional would go for more or less the same as the digital, maybe a bit more.
I like how the lines are more defined in the traditional, but for the digital you might wanna try not smudging the colours as much and having a more defined light source - because right now it seems like there isn't really and only the edges of the creatures/people in the piece are darker. also, you might wanna practice with anatomy and proportion - the limbs look a little bendy in the humanoids xD finally, i don't know if this is your style or whatnot, but on the last picture, the direction of the brush strokes are all over the place and it's a bit confusing. (;
