So I downloaded pencil. Got the hang of it yada yada. It doesnt export gif's. So I download a gif converter, and I get this.

Im trying to find a converter that doesnt put a dumb watermark on it. Preferably free/cheap. Or even an animator that can export gifs? Thanks.

problem: you can't choose different times between frames, so if you select 1 sec, it'll be 1 sec between each frame ;c

Personally, I use GIMP for animating.
And drawing, graphics, coloring, everything.
I've been told that it's just like Photoshop (I had to be told, because I've never used Photoshop. xD), only, it's completely free to download. c:
You can set your own times between frames, too, in milliseconds.
It takes a while to learn to use, but there are tutorials e'rrywhere.
