Oh gosh, I'm not very good at pricing, but I'd say 300-500k? 

And I think her mouth is too close to her nose.  It should be further down.  (Her chin is too big). :)

I love the shading on it. I'd say that it's worth around the 500k-1mill range, I'd probably buy.
