I think it is worth about 300,000 TU in that form, but if you cleaned it up, maybe a mil or so.

I only have one comment. Since eyes are round, they both catch light in the same places, so unless there are multiple light sources the shine of the eyes would be in the same place for each eye. C:
Seems too similar to the official adult Iluvu in pose - something that will always, always put me off of buying a drawing of a Creatu. The tail even flows in exactly the same way.
Also, I'd advise trying some more subtle, all-over highlights. ;o So it's not like, dark, dark, dark, WOAH BALDING SHINE.
Contrast is certainly a good thing when it comes to shading, but it doesn't work when only a few points are in contrast.
