Anyway, I use something that's not an animation program, but it works pretty well as an animator. Go to tle="Iaza" href="http://www.iaza.com" target="_blank">iaza.com and upload the first image by clicking the big arrow thing and then you'll see it up there. Under the 'Mix' section, you'll find an 'Animation' section and there'll be lots of effects and stuff you can do to it. I usually use frame animation, making lots of different pictures and making it all move. I'm all time-consuming like that. :I But there's other stuff, though I haven't tried it.
