Moonbeams shine in through the window, the light bouncing off the wood floor
As I ponder these thoughts in this brain of mine, I hear there's a knock at the door
Running to see who is knocking, the sound becomes a uproar
And when I thrust the door open, I find the one there is no more
After fluffing my pillow, I lay back again on my bed
As colors flash in my mind, black and blue and red
Suddenly I have pain, the source starting at my head
I see a large flash of white and wonder, "Am I dead?"
Dogs and Cats Surround me, this seems to be a court
But peering around it's familiar, it must be the old wooden fort
Barks and meows surround me, and I notice that I am the judge
To my left there is Paws and my right is Fudge, nnd the cat and dog each share a grudge
I sort everything out, and all goes well, the two are again best buds
Then i'm released to play with the dogs, led by the dalmatian, spud
I open my eyes and tiredly yawn, happy for that sweet dream
Then there's a sudden knock at the door and then I begin to beam
