It was September second, and it was always a strange day in Britain. Specifically London. In King's Cross Station, to be exact. For, on today, non-magical people(We shall call them 'Muggles' henceforth.) would get a small glimpse into the magical world: Owls hooting, toads croaking, cat's mewling, and the occasional bat giving a loud screech!
This was an important day, because today was the first day of school at Hogwarts, Britain's best school...for certain people. You see, there is a world out there that Muggles know nothing about. Except for a select group who's children are witches and wizard, who are called 'muggleborns.'
But back to the story.
Our tale begins with a small girl that was eleven, toting a trolley carrying an owl(Named Perenelle) and weighted down with books with obscure titles, such as Standard Book of Spells, Year 1 and A Beginners Guide to Transfiguration and also Beginning Potions. This young child was part of the magical world...well, almost. For she had recently gotten a letter introducing her to it.
"Dear Amanda Stone,
I am pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Term starts on September second. You may bring, if you desire, an owl, cat, or toad. On other sheets in this envelope you will find a list of required things, where and how to find them, and also a ticket onto Hogwarts Express on Platform 9 and Three Quarters.
Sincerely,
Minerva McGonagall

And so our story.....begins,
