Ranks~
Leader: The leader is the one who makes most of the big decisions. He/She is also the one to decide if something is big enough to start a battle about. He/She is also the one to choose which rank a member gets. He/She is also the guardian of the Day Crystal/Night Crystal. When a leader dies, all of the members who want to be leader, no matter which rank, fight until one ends up victorious. The crystal that they guard gives them the power to shape shift.
Mothers: Mothers are the ones that give birth to the Youngs. They are usually some other rank before the become Mothers. They stay in the Young-Den
Youngs: Youngs are the puppies, kittens, eggs, etc, that are too young to do much of anything. They are taken care of by the Watchers.
Learners: When the youngs get old enough, their rank is chosen, and they will be taught how to preform their rank.
Watchers: Watchers take care of the youngs. They make sure they are nursed and watched over during battles. They are required to have the softest fur and be very gentle, most are females. Watchers are forbidden to fight so they don’t somehow hurt the youngs. Sometimes, being a watcher is not a permanent job, like when the Mothers watch over their own youngs, but most of the time it is. Watchers are chosen from the youngs that always keep a close eye on the younger ones and help them out when needed.
Guards: Guards stand outside the camp entrance and look out for intruders. They are required to have a very sensitive sense of hearing and sight. Guards also must have a loud voice so they can warn the other members. Guards are chosen from the youngs who sit out side of the Young-Den and make sure only Watchers and Youngs come in. They are also chosen from the Youngs who react to very quiet sounds.
Hunters: Hunters hunt food for their group. Hunters are required to have a sensitive sense of smell and be able to become almost invisible to their prey, and be able to remember where the best spots are for getting insects and fish. Hunters are chosen from the Youngs who stalk the other youngs and react to small smells.
Healers: Healers heal the injured members of their group. They are required to be kind and be able to remember herbs. Healers are chosen from the Youngs that take very good care of the other youngs that get hurt. Healers are forbidden to fight because they would show too much mercy.
Fighters: Even though all of the group (Besides the Watchers and Healers) Can fight, the Fighters are the best at it. The Fighters are required to show no mercy in battle and have very good skills. Fighters are chosen from the Youngs who try to challenge other Youngs to battles.
Spies: Spying is one of the most dangerous job. Spies are the ones who spy on the enemy and tell their group about weaknesses that they have and secret information. Spies are chosen from Youngs who can go without being seen for days and for the Day Suns, can control their glow the best. Also, spies are sometimes chosen when a member of a rival group betrays that group to join another.
Dreamers: The Dreamers get prophecies and omens, and not just in their dreams. They can also get them from cloud formations and lots of other things. They are required to be able to focus on things and be able to understand and interpret omens and prophesies. They are chosen from the Youngs that have strange dreams.

Mates~
Since there are many species of mammals in a group, there must be rules about mates and breeding. Different species may ONLY be mates with other different species if given permission by the leader, or Falynei or Jylopei themselfs. There are some exceptions, however, like that felines can be mates with other felines without permission, canines with other canines, etc.
~~~~~~~~
Unimportants and Savages~
The Unimportants: The unimportants are the prey Other unimportants are carnivores that choose not to be in a group and live by themselfs.
The Savages: The Savages are the animals that act crazy and attack the anything in site. They even attack each other when they cross paths. Savages are known to have longer and sharper teeth and claws then the ones in the groups.
~~~~~~~~
Rituals~
Falynei’s revenge: This ritual is only for the Day Sun group. This is during a lunar eclipse. During this time all of the Day Suns celebrate Falynei covering Jylopei’s eye. During this celebration, all of the bears, (Even the unintelligent ones) are given jewelry and pampered.
Jylopei’s revenge: This is during a solar eclipse. All of the members of Night Moon celebrate Jylopei covering Jylopei’s eye. During this all of the raccoons (Even the unintelligent ones) Are given food and worshiped.
A Leaders Death: When a leader dies, it is a sad time for all of the members of the group, but a new leader must be picked soon, or the rival group may attack. The way each group picks a leader, is that all of the members that want to be leader, all fight each other until either one is dead, or to injured to fight any longer. They are then given the crystal of their group by the Dreamer.
When Youngs Become Learners: When Youngs become old enough to become Learners, the leader will talk with the Watchers to see what rank would fit them the best. Then the Young that is now a Learner, it will be taught how to preform his/her job.
When Learners are experienced enough: When the Learners have been taught enough about their rank, the Leader will talk to the other members who are that rank. Then the Leader will watch the Learner preform the task that it was given, and the Leader will judge weather he/she is experienced enough to become officially the rank it has been given, or weather it will be given another rank, or told to keep practicing.
Outsider joining group: When a Savage (Rarely) or an Unimportant wants to join a group or a member of another group wants to join the enemy, they first must touch the Day or Night Crystal (It depends on what group they want to join) So they can acquire the Sun or Moon Mark and the light or dark colored fur, then they must be accepted by either Falynei or Jylopei. They then are made learners and they can choose what rank they think will fit themselfs best.

Territories~
Day Sun’s: Day Sun’s territory is very lush and green forest. Sunlight is always filtering through the green leaves. Thanks to the Glow-Vines, that absorb sunlight and lets it loose at night, it seems to be sunny even on New-Moons. Out side of the camp is thick vines so that intruders find it hard to sneak in using a way that the Guards may miss. There is an old path that the Day Suns call Paw Path because so many paws have walked it. It leads to the Sun Tree, which is the tallest tree in Day Sun’s territory. It is also the perfect place to hunt for birds. Behind the Sun Tree, is the Rush River, which is a perfect place to hunt for fish. Rush River is shared by both territories and there are many fights over it. There are also the Sun Gr*censored*, which is very tall gr*censored* that is a perfect place to hunt for unintelligent rodents and sometimes even birds, but hunters must be careful in the Sun Gr*censored*, because many dangerous things can be hiding in it.
Night Moon’s: Night Moon’s camp is protected by thick rose bushes. It is very lovely in spring, and is filled with all sorts of colored roses. The Growers take extra care of the roses too, so they don’t die and leave the camp venerable. A couple feet outside of camp there is a place called Jagged Rocks. It is filled with very sharp rocks that Youngs and Learners are warned about. Also, snakes live deep in the rocks, so it is very dangerous. Past the Jagged Rocks, there is the Moon Field, which is a big field shaped like a half moon. It is the perfect place to hunt and all sorts of animals come there to find the berries that are in the bushes that line the field. Past Moon Field, there is a river that they call, Rush River, it is a perfect place for fishing, they share Rush River with the Day Suns so there are many battles over it.
