Here I will put some of my poems, in case I have a need for them later.
And a bit of constructive criticism is always loved.
Honesty is the best; so if they aren't very good, just let me know xD

Some are silly, some are deeper,
Some were thrown together ten minutes before cl*censored*
xD

The first few poems were for a project. I can't post them all, because one of them won't format correctly, and the purpose will be destroyed, but I may post justhe words later.

Oh, and please don't steal. That's a little rediculous. It's a poem. It's a personal ex
pression. If you were to steal, I'd had to quite deeply pray for your worth as a human. Write your own poems to be proud of :D

Here is my Limeric ;D

There once was a cat named Kale,
Who had always had a dream to sail.

But his tail was caught in the mast,
He sailed far to the 'wast,'

And now he's best friends with a whale

This is a color poem xD

Gingersnap

Ginger is Playful
Ginger is is a lion's mane
Ginger is reckless
Ginger is screaming for attention
Ginger smells like warmth and cologne
Ginger tastes spicey and too-sweet
Ginger sounds like oven timers and men laughing
Ginger looks like crumb-covered plates
Ginger feels rough and earthy
Ginger makes me blush and giggle
Ginger is human

This is a diamate. It compares two unlike things with a connection in the center c:
It is designed to be in the shape of a diamond.

Rainbow
Celestial, Suspended
Fleeting, Awe-inspiring, Neverending
Hues bleed out of the skyscape
Dripping, darkening, foreboding
Colorless, lightless,
Blackness

Here are some of my favorites! My Haiku~

The young sparrow sits,
Gazing at the sunlit sky,
Quietly Dreaming.

Forgotten Castles
Sit upon crystal cloudscapes,
Nestled in youths' dreams.

The old toad sitting
Has become full of wisdom
And waits for the fly.

This is an 'I used to be' poem. The concept is a little juvinile, but I did it in my own style.

I used to be confused,
But now I'm in love.

I used to be a hawk,
But now I'm a dove.

I used to be shattered,
But now I am fixed.

I used to be a house of straw,
But now I am of bricks.

I used to resent life,
But now I think it's remarkable.

I used to be depressed, like a droopy eyed dog,
But now my eyes sparkle.

I used to be close-minded,
But now freely wonder~

I used to be scared,
But now I protect Her from thunder.

I used to be moonlight,
But now I am the sun.

I used to be scattered,
But now I am one.

I'm just going to tell you my least favorite and it has to be Gingersnap, but that's only because I've never liked Color Poems. XD

The Diamate is a simple, yet extravagant (omg spelling fail) piece that painted a beautiful scene in my head as I read.

I love the Limeric. lol. It made me laugh because of its epic randomness.

My favorite out of your Haiku's was the Castle one because it made me think of all the dreams I had as a kid and how I still have some of those dreams bottled up and reserved as memories. <3

My absolute favorite was your I used to be poem. It begins with something simple and soft. The rhyming throughout the poem is great and it ends with a bang.

I used to be scattered
But now I am one.

That was just so powerful. Your last poem is the most beautiful out of all of them. <333 I love them all.

That was more based on a friend of mine who's a man, and has orange hair and freckles. He's really handsome and sweet c:

And yeah, I am pretty proud of my ' I used to be' poem c:
I think I spent the longest on that one.

Oh! My recipe poem. This one was a bit odder. But the concept is pretty basic, like a recipe c:

Recipe for new Love

Ingredients:
> A hint of daring desire
> A dash of chance
> Two pairs of blushing cheeks
> A handful of sweet nothings
> Whispered feelings
> Two hopeless lovers

Directions: In a bowl, mix daring desire with the dash of chance. In another bowl, pour the handful of sweet nothings and gentle fold in whispered feelings and whisk lightly until fluffy. Pour the fluff atop the previous mixture, and sprinkle the blushing cheeks on top of the fluff. Dive the hopeless lovers over the mix. Put it over heat, and hope for the best.

Req: My favorite is the 'I Used To Be' poem (: It's inspiring and beautiful and anyone can apply it to their lives whether it's a past experience or an experience theyd like to have. A viewing of themselves in a new way.

The limeric made me smile xD Reminds me of the random songs I tend to make up. It also reminds me of 'The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack' xD Have you seen it?
