 The Little Blue Riding Wolf

There was once a little wolf 

Who loved going POOF

When people spoke to him,

 He would play with a tin

Then one day

When he was out at play

He went to his grammas house

And sat there all day

But when a 

mean little girl

 Came along,

The little wolf broke into a song.

"Fee fi fo fum,"

"I smell the cakes of a mean little lum."(The wolf could not pronounce girl properly)

The little girl fled in fright

And never came back 

All the night.

It sounds like you're trying way too hard to rhyme, and you end up just making random stuff up. If you can't find something that both rhymes and makes sense, change the first part of the rhyme. For example, instead of saying the wolf loves to go poof, (which doesn't rhyme anyway,) try There once was a wolf who was blue/And his story I will tell to you or something like that.
