Sending in a Support Ticket is probably more appropriate for this kind of issue, since it's something account related that only Staff can deal with. You can find it in the top bar of Rmail.
They do not delete accounts, even banned ones, so it's very unlikely you were deleted. It could be a possible misspelling or if you were a user a few years ago, you might have been caught in the infamous Rollback, but that's unlikely.

Just wanted to clarify here: Staff does not ban accounts for being inactive. They are banned for breaking the rules. Sometimes mistakes are made, and we will correct those when found, but we do not ban for being inactive.
