The unread alert message keeps reappearing on every page, but when i check it I don't have any new alerts. Could someone please fix this for me? Thanks!

The unread alert is probably on the second page of your alerts, which you're unable to view so it keeps considering it unread. Delete some of your alerts and it'll come up to the first page and the unread alert message will go away.
