I'm just copying and pasting what I put in the suggestion thread, since I didn't know where this topic should go.
"For this site, I mostly stay in the role playing forum. But, sometimes I get alerts (Like rmail, etc...). The only time that yellow alert thing comes up is if I am anywhere else but the forums.
I don't know if it's just my computer or the actual site. I should probably put this in the 'bugs and glitches' category. Oh well. But, back to the suggestion, they should make it to where at the forums, you can still be notified with those things. D: "
Pretty much, if I'm in the forums place, I could get an rmail and Res won't alert me until I go anywhere else, like blogs, or respals or whatever. Is that just my computer or is Res just like that? If it's just how v3 is, I'll close this thread so it won't be spamming this category. So sorry if I'm in the wrong spot, staff D:
