So, today I visited the pool, and I noticed it was at level 0! I am 100.1 percent sure I visited yesterday! This is the second time it's done this, and it's really starting to annoy me, because I should be at level 26 or something. D:<
It did the same thing to me today. I was level 26 or so this morning, and when I went back just now to double check I'd used it today (which I had, my uilus turned calico), I was level 0.

Patrick had to do a manual reset of the site today to fix the problem with shops not stocking and stocks not changing, and this caused the unexpected side effect of the springs count resetting for many users, including myself.
At this time, Patrick thinks he may be able to put levels back where they should be, but he can't guarantee it yet. Let's just cross our fingers and hope!
***Edit: Just checked, the problem was fixed for those who were affected by the manual reset. =)

I'm pretty sure Pat has already restored everyone's levels. ^^ He came into the shoutbox and told us it was fixed, and I checked mine and they were restored. :)
Mine.. doesn't seem to be quite fixed. o: I'm at level one now. I didn't even visit earlier, after it put me back at zero, so that's where I was when things got fixed. Zero.

Huh. Then maybe I actually did miss a day and just didn't notice when I swam yesterday. I hardly even look at the number anymore, so it wouldn't be too hard. xD
Ah, well. Guess I'll just have to be patient to get back up there.
Mine got reset back to zero again overnight. I'm pretty sure it's because I didn't play again after it was fixed yesterday, which I figured would be cheating/abusing a glitch? D:
