I've played several flash games, but on the popup Firefox freezes, crashes, and I don't get my alerts OR my payout. I've never seen this before in my life, so I don't even know where to begin troubleshooting, or if it's all on the site's end or there's a problem with my browser.

It's all with your browser. Some people have a problem with their browsers not being able to authenticate the data, meaning they can't win Tu from flash games. Because it has to do with some problem with your browser, Staff can't fix it.
Let us know if you figure out how to fix it, I'm one of the users who can't get Tu from flash games either. And love your name, too. :3
