I click the green arrow then when i click "Click here to pick up the egg" It wont acknowledge it. I cant pick up any eggs.

is there another alert/tu/help thing above it? it prevents you from picking one up. if there is one, click the  'x' near ithe other thingand it will let you pick up the egg
