i bought the starry top, i took it off and it was GONE!! I mean how is that possible? Its not in my inventory or anywhere! I didn't sell it, auction it or do anything with it but take it off! >:(

Have you checked the closet? That's essentially the clothing inventory.

All the iteams in my wardrobe have disapered. The buttons on the screen aren't there anymore either

actually, im afraid to take off my X-ray top,cause i don't
see it either.. and it might vanish.(you still see
the clothings even if you have them on in your closet or inventory)
I also cant find some clothes that i KNOW i still have.
I look in all clothing places.
they don't exsist.
expecially my star dust pants, they are just gone.
i had two pairs. one still around..
the other left.

It's very common for clothing worn on the HA to go into "limbo". The coders can't duplicate the glitch, so they can't fix it either.

All you have to do when items go missing is open a support ticket asking us to reset your HA. That will bring the clothes in limbo back.

If you know your user ID, include that in the ticket - it just makes things a bit faster and easier for both users and staff =)
