This is a glitch that I have noticed happening to me several times before, but this time I took screenshots to prove that it happened. The folder I have uploaded these screenshots to is set to private, but the guest password is just my username, MaiKaida. Here's the story:

In this picture, I had used up all of my fresh eggs and had just found one. This is to prove that I didn't mistake them as eggs that I had picked up before.

I had picked up two more eggs, and incubated only the middle one to have further proof that I didn't mistake which eggs I had.

Shortly after the second picture, I left Rescreatu and came back just a little bit ago. My eggs that I had picked up less than a half hour after reset are now 1 days old, even though it has been less than 24 hours since I picked them up. Furthermore, my selected pet has the same age in all three screenshots - I definitely did not make a mistake in when I picked these eggs up.
Has this happened to anyone else? And is there anything I can do? Or should I just wait until later in the day to hunt eggs so that this won't happen any more?
