Event calendar not working

I tried to collect the next prize on the event calendar but it just shows a blank screen. I have tried more than one and it still wouldn't give anything. Is it slightly glitched?

Ok, now it works. What happened?

The item hadn't been uploaded to the system yet. Something about either the artists not being done with it or the CMs not uploading it in time.

I also tried to collect the prize yesterday and mine went to blank screen also. I tired several times. Today it shows that I missed that days prize. It will show that I indeed tried to collect the prize. Could someone look into this and give me the prize as I did not miss a day.
