I handed in enough items to get 170 points, and bought 8 doll containers which are 20 points each. This left me with 10 points, but when I logged in again those 10 points were gone ^^; is anyone else getting this?

EDIT: I turned in a few more items to get 23 points, but when I went to the prize shop all my points disappeared, and when I tried to buy things I was just told I couldn't afford it:

I had this issue too, I noticed it took me back to 2013 FTF when trying to purchase an item.
