Hatching Eggs

So I think this is a glitch with hatching eggs, but I'm not sure;;

So I went to hatch an egg and i clicked backspace, thinking i lost the egg i quickly forwarded to see if it was still there.

it popped up with : "egg failed to hatch"
though it was already hatched 
which i failed to realize.

when I went back to hatch more eggs, it said i had 0 hatches left, while I only used one.

any help with this would be appreciated. ^^

Don't use the back or forward history buttons to access the hatchery, or refresh the hatchery page, use the hatchery button instead. You won't lose any hatches this way.

I've only used one hatch and mine said 0 hatches left

If you are a merchant you can only hatch 1 egg per day. Ranchers can hatch 3 :)
