Hatching, item, and shops glitches

Okay it's is extrreamly strange, i can't view any shops past the white area of the page. Also I can't use any of my items it says i don't own them. Also it wont let me name my creatues! if the name is free and not used it wont let me hatch it still! plus it wont let me release pets either! whats going on???

Are you using Internet Explorer? All these problems just scream it.
Try switching to Firefox or Chrome and things should work fine.

I don't see why they wouldn't like it to the point of forbidding their child from using it... O.o but I guess try Google Chrome then.

well i don't know if i can either. i'm home school and i have to have internet explore to do school and stuff.. and extra and extra... i may just have to give up this site :/

You can use more than one browser. Even if you download Firefox or Google Chrome, it won't keep you from using Internet Explorer for school stuff.
