For the past few months I realised that when a user is outbidded in item auctions, their TU isn't returned. This is becoming a big problem with items that are worth are more than 500k. I know the item auctions have always been screwed up, but I think that this is one of the main/most outstanding problem that has to be fixed ASAP. =)

The TU is returned, it just isn't returned until the auction ends or is closed.

I've asked that that be changed, but no luck yet.

No luck as in Patrick just has been too busy to change it? Hasn't even addressed it? Or has rejected the suggestion?
