I cant seem to pick up any item i come across and now i cant even pick up any eggs. The other problem is that i cant see the eggs i currently have, what should i do?

Are you on a PC or a mobile device? If you are on a mobile device, switch to a PC; Res isn't coded for mobile devices at this time. If you are using a PC, it sounds like there is an issue with your browser that is preventing you from seeing the eggs or picking anything up. I logged onto your account and everything is working just fine. You can try disabling your extensions, it's very likely this could be the source of the problem. To do this, in Chrome, click Tools, New Incognito Window and log into Res this way. In Firefox, click File, New Private Window. Your extensions will be disabled in this mode and you can log into Res and see if the problem resolves. If it does, you know for sure an extension is the source. If it does not, then something else is going on and you'll have to investigate other options.
