Pet Auction Disappeared - Did Not Receive Tu - Lost 2 Mutant pets

So I was checking my auctions, which were going quite poorly when I checked last, earlier this afternoon (no one had put any bids on them). I had one natural mutant Jaaku and one natural mutant Aukira. They were both for a large amount of tu (in the mils). A few minutes ago, when I logged back on, I went to my auctions to find both of them were gone. So, I checked my profile, showroom, ranchershop, graveyard, everything -- but they're nowhere to be found, and I didn't earn any tu from them. When I did the pet search, it said that they were still in pet auctions. So... where did they go? I don't think it was time for the auctions to end, I didn't start them too long ago and I always set my auctions for 9 days. Help!

EDIT::: Sorry, I found a solution in another thread. I guess I missed it when I looked for similar cases the first time.

I'm too lazy to look through the forums for the thread, so I'll just type it up instead. xD

When a pet in the auction receives no bids, they end up getting stuck when the auction ends. It's a known glitch, so it's most likely on the coders' to-do list.
In order to get your pet un-stuck, just send in a Support Ticket (which can be found on the Rmail page) with the name of the pet telling Staff it's been stuck in the auctions and a Staff member will un-stuck it for you.

Wolfangel: Please pay attention to the dates of previous posts. It's considered Necroposting (which is against the rules) to post on a thread that hasn't had a post for more than four weeks unless it's a thread you created.

To answer your question, it's a glitch, an error, a problem in the coding that's not working as it should. It's not meant to be that way, as it is "absurd" but it's my assumption that the coders simply have much more important things to focus on than a glitch that can easily be corrected by a Support Ticket to Staff and a little patience.
It's also possibly to avoid the situation entirely by canceling the auction if it's approaching it's end with no bids. Then you can simply repost the auction if you wish to give it another chance.
