I click the button again, and again..and 50+ more times.

The name is in green, thus meaning no one else has it, and so I don't know why it takes so long for the name to stick.

Right now I want to name a pet, and I have clicked...refreshed, and clicked again for over 20 minutes.

Is this normal for everyone?

Because it happens every single time, and this time it is taking much longer than all other previous pets

Another possibility could be that the name contains invalid characters, or is more than 15 characters long. Names can only have alpha-numeric characters, no spaces, symbols, or dashes. Letters or numbers only.
