The past few days, whenever I pick a flower, it doesn't show up in my inventory. I check each day to see if I have that particular flower in my collections.
A lot of the new flowers you can pick are wearable items, which now don't appear in your inventory and only appear in your Human Avatar Closet. Try looking there.

I also have the same problem. The flowers also do not appear in my inventory but this seems to be normal. I love tle="" href="http://www.serenataflowers.com/">flowers online and it would be great if it would appear in my inventory. Maybe this will be possible prospectively. @Graveyardfox: Did you add a link to your post because I somehow cannot see the link. Maybe you can post the link once again.
Onaun, why would you link to a flower site in your post? O.o Flowers that are wearable will be put in your Closet, flowers that aren't will be in your inventory. I didn't include a link. You can get to your closet by going to the Change Avatar link under a headshot of your HA on the sidebar, then you'll see the link to your closet on the upper blue bar.
