Random "IP bans"

Hey I keep getting randomly IP banned for no reason.
I already sent an email about it, but maybe the people that should know don't know yet :U
(and it's kinda worrisome)

The "ban" consists of being forced to 'log out' (I'm still visible in the users online list) and once I try to log back in, I'm met with a page of html code and "ipban.php" added to the end of pages I visit on the site.

This happened on Sept 11th sometime after 1pm, and Sept 12th between 2pm and 4pm.

I can provide extra details as needed.

Were you on mobile? There are a lot of IP bans on mobile addresses that unfortunately affect innocent users. You can usually resolve it by putting your phone in airplane mode for 30 seconds or so then turning airplane mode off. This will force a fresh tower connection and usually give you a different IP.

Oh, yes I was on my phone at the time yeah! Staff solved it within a few emails for me, but I'll try your trick next time!

Here's what they sent me:

"Hello,

Your account isn’t IP banned. You’re getting the messages b/c It's you share an IP address which is linked to another account that has been IP banned. Someone within 100 miles of you could get banned and it would affect you through no fault of yours. Hopefully it’s resolved now but if you get the message again let us know."
