I dont know if that happens normaly but i just found scria berries at the enchanted springs if this is Intentional sorry for wasting your time

I've found berries all over the place. I don't believe it's supposed to be specifically related to the Planet you're on.

It's a random site event,
so it occurs everywhere and anywhere, regardless of the berry.

So no, as Fox said, they are not necessarily exclusive to their planet ;)
