I have a few spoiled eggs in my hatchery that are over 50 days old. I thought they were supposed to be deleted automatically after about 21 days?

Eggs won't disappear - that was something that never happened in the coding. They just go from fresh, to old, to spoiled. You have the option to delete them though; just check the box underneath the eggs to be deleted, then use the button at the bottom of the hatchery. =)
