Same here, funny thing is- even exploring the Atqauti Forest has yet to reset along with the flowers, but the Botanist Quest itself has seemed to reset what it wanted, flower wise. At least mine did.
Sometimes the site glitches and resets don't occur. Unfortunately there's not a lot Support can do about this- it's up to Pat to fix. He should be able to do so when he's in the office next, most likely before the next reset. In the meantime, sorry for the inconvenience!
Oh it's alright, at least now we have an answer to what happened. *chuckles* I was just wondering what had caused such a thing to occur or whatever the case may be. Thank you for the explanation, Lyrical.
really wierd. thanks for the explanation. so if it goes a whole day without us regaining the hatches we just lose em? (i did get my hatches back the evening of the original post but this is happening again today so I thought I'd ask in case I don't get them this afternoon/evening...)
