Sometimes users cancel the offers they made. As for the other trades, that user may have cancelled their trade or accepted someone else's offer.

If you believe this isn't the case, please report in detail what is happening so we can better understand you. =)

We still need more detail. What trades did you offer on? Who did they belong to? Is the trade still active, or is it gone now?
