?? I seem to only get one dye kit and used it on Igerne which worked ok .... but I thought I should have a second in my inventory afterwards ??
i'm a bit puzzled Albion

Hi Albion, 

Perhaps that DK that you used was already a DK that you already have.
Have you tried opening the magenta Dye Kit Pack that you bought? You should open them first before you get the 2 DKs

I did not have ant previously  .. it came from a dye pack but no number 2 .. I wondered if I was reading it wrong.

only place it might have gone would be an accidental transfer into my shop but I am rancher and can not see in there .. or retrieve it ..
my voucher was used up, I spent 5Mil and coloured one ahea ... ouch!!

I have checked into the item and indeed there is a problem with the coding of it. It does only give out one item. We will try to get it fixed asap. For now, I have issued one magenta DK to your account. You should be able to see it there now.
