1. Please tell us the features of Comet Festival you most enjoyed and what you enjoyed about them. Don't hold back! Whether it's characters, artwork, story, the Stardust effect, or anything else—we want to know. I definitely loved the artwork. It was exciting to see which pets I could get stardusted. It was even more fun to apply the chosen effect! I love collecting things, so now I have a stardust collection :) I also liked the small quest we had to do to be able to see the comet. At first I was lost and couldn't figure it out, but that's probably just because it didn't dawn on me to actually pick the apples -_-
I also loved the new clothes!
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve!Umm, it would probably be how hard it was to find stardust. Also I had a lot of gold stardust left over and I didn't know what to do with it. It would have been nice if we could have done something other than just turn it in for tu. If I found as many silver stardust as I found gold it probably wouldn't have been a problem, I was only able to afford *one* starglass urn. I understand why it was like that, because of the economy and such, but it seemed like a ton of effort for only one extra urn.
3. Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature? Do you understand how it works? Most definitely it was an interesting way to introduce it. Planets are a huge part of Rescreatu, and it was great that it introduced it in a natural way for planets (there being a comet) with the extra magical touch that rescreatu has. I love the effects system, it gives a bit more personality to each individual pet instead of being clones of one another. I only hope that there will be a lot more events.
4. Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them so?I found the dialogues a bit long... I think that was the only thing that bugged me. It's kind of like a long tutorial in a new game, you want to know how to play it but you are also eager to just jump in. Interacting with the story made the event more interesting. It made the reward of being able to view the comet with my pets even tastier than if there was nothing more involved.
5. The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu? I think Rescreatu is going down a good path with the interactive quests and such. I would definitely like to see more of it, to learn more about our NPCs and the roles they play. They will be more than just a picture decorating a page, rather they would be an active and useful part of the site. Different characters with unique quirks and attitudes would give the site much more flavor.

1. It was a great idea, I love how it was ba[injection]sed on real life events so that people didn't just talk about the res event but the actual event too :D It gave a connection to our outside world after all! Getting that change to get dusted pets was awesome as well :D Obviously the chance factor was a fun gamble (I had a chat with someone about that troll comet, it totally trolled us XD <3).
2. Well, obviously it's not really a feature of the event but it was a shame that people got clues too early, but as for the event itself there wasn't much I didn't enjoy =3 Maybe it felt a little rushed at the end, where all you had to do was click ahead in a conversation? It might have been fun to have given us options on which thing to say, to give a different effect or end result so that you'd have a reason to do it more than once? But that might just be wishful greedy thinking.
3. I think it was a great series of events that lead to the effects :) The fact that it was tied in with the story plot added to the glee of having 'discovered' it along side with the rest of res.
4. It was a shame that you couldn't play out the entire event in one go, but at the same time that was really good :) I just like going from a to z in one go XD But it would not have been a good thing for the event, I understand that :)
5. Well I don't know if these characters pre-existed, so it might have been nice if there was a place or a thread where you could have read about previous appearances of the characters, but other than that I think they were written nicely. I just missed a little background information, is all.
Edit: Forgot about the 'future of the characters' bit. I think having them around a bit more would be great, especially if they're 'travelling from planet to planet' to discover/ release the new dust pets :D It'd be nice if they were like npc's you'd encounter and have some kind of interaction with, like being able to give an apple in exchange for something silly.

1.I really liked the stardust affects for the pets, cause it, well, makes them look cool. i guess that's about it. the stardust clothing and such is cool to. (it looks cool, so i like it, i guess ^-^")
2. well, looking at the comet was a bit disappointing. why? well, if you get a pet of the action, there's a very good chance that it's already seen the comet, so you don't get anything that way, and also, it does not really help with anything at all, really. im guessing i was just unlucky, but most of the time for me, nothing happened to my pets. sort of a waste of stardust..
3. i liked the intro~ ^-^ it was more interesting then just normally reading a new update. it sorta became part of the story~
4. It was short, and you didn't really pick what you wanted, but i liked it~ i feel like i know the shop keepers a bit more now~ X3
5. I'm not really sure what to say for this, sorry~ ^A^" I'll try to be more helpful next time.

1. I simply loved the fact that it's something different. It's a nice surprise/change. It's also nice that it corresponded with the actual meteor shower. Stardust/Cosmic is amazing (the concept and art). I even loved the items that came along with the festival. :)
2. Probably taking out every pet in my showroom just to use the Observatory. It was tedious. I didn't mind it much, but I'm lazy. xD I understand it was necessary though. It didn't bother me that pets can only look once per phase/stage. It was reasonable. :)
3. I believe it was introduced in an easy manner. How to toggle the effect on/off was a bit tricky to find out. Besides that it was totally understandable.
4. Good things was that it feels like you're part of the story. Bad thing is there was only straight-forward choices that you had to pick. It's a start though. I'm hoping the next thing would branch out into a more interactive choose-your-own path type.
5. Everything and everyone. Always interesting to see the NPCs break out of their roles to interact with one another.

Stardust and the stardust effects. :3
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve!
Its the first time i did something like this! :D
3. Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature? Do you understand how it works?
I love it. It was super amazing. I guess i know how it works because i finished it.
4. Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them so?
I find that the Free Stardust Urn and Empty Stardust Urn was it.
5. The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu?
Ah, maybe some new characters... That don't look so strange. :| |

1. Please tell us the features of Comet Festival you most enjoyed and what you enjoyed about them. Don't hold back! Whether it's characters, artwork, story, the Stardust effect, or anything else—we want to know. I enjoyed the fact that it kept us users thinking and on our toes until the end. The story was fun as well! The art work! don't get me started on the artwork! it was one of the most amazing things i've seen for an adoptable sight ever! 2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve! I didn't enjoy the how some of the art was unfinished, however! it does give us something to look forward to! .3.
3. Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature? Do you understand how it works? I believe it was a good way to introduce the effects system this way. it gave the users a reason to look for the actions and see what they did! >3> I enjoy this function greatly and I do understand it :) it's not hard to understand :)
4. Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them so? The only negative thing i could find was the wait! i'm just that impatient! but it was worth the waits :)
5. The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu? I would like to have the tell out the entire tale of the world of Rescreatu. For every event, get some history of the worlds each time, maybe?

I enjoyed the interaction between users and NPC, I also enjoyed being able to use the items we found as Random Events.. instead of it being a "whoever hoards the most wins" contest. I liked the length of the festival contrary to what other users think. It had a good pace to keep us busy for a while ;P
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve!
Just my opinion, but some of it was too much story.. and honestly, i skipped past half of it =X sorry writers, i still love you. Also, as i think was already mentioned, but the fill in the blank part would have been better with a multiple choice or a certain number of words. >.>
3.
Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you
think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature?
Do you understand how it works? Yes, i think it was completely genious to start off the effect, but maybe it should have waited until all the artwork was ready? Or only made it available to creatu that DID have artwork available. It was quite confusing. Also, i suggest a search option for "effect" creatu or something.
4.
Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the
good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them
so?
Again, i liked the interactive design. But, there were some confusing flaws, some writing errors, but all said i look forward to more of something like this.
5.

have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see
characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu?
I'm not quite sure. But more than just shop owners or quests. I'm gonna have to do some serious thinking about this.. hmm. It was quite sad when i realized during this event that i have been on here for over 3 years and didn't even know who the event hints belonged too. It took me looking through every shop to find the correct one. :c So, i guess that says a lot.
On a major quest for Omnis. Kthnx

**I really enjoyed this festival :) i think by far, this was my favorite :) i loved how you could actually have the chance to stardust pets for free, and i loved the artwork for the pets that could be stardusted, it was amazing :D but the only thing i did not like about this is how you could only stardust scria pets with the silver urn :( **I least enjoyed the part about how you had to find clues around the shops to find out where to get the items, dont get me wrong it was fun, but it was a definite challenge :) **I do believe that the effects system WAS brought in the right way, it definitely showed me how to work this system the right way, i also like the idea that you have the ability to show or not show the effect :) **The good thing about interacting with this was that you got like a little adventure to try and find the items you need :) the bad thing was that some of the clues were a little hard to find or interpret **I would like to see some of the roles of these characters and stories to try and maybe develop into some new creatu :) i think that would be a great idea, for like the comet to bring a new type of creatu to the Res world :) Overall: i loved the concept of this Comet Festival!!!

I enjoyed the whole mystery and the challenge of having to find all of the parts. What I loved the most is the whole not being able to talk in the SB about it all :)
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve!
I loved it all!!!
3. Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature? Do you understand how it works?
I think that it was introduced magnificently and yes I understand how it works :) I love the new feature with a passion!!
4. Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them so?
The only bad thing that I had was on my own doing. Not remembering who the NCPs were. Everything else was good :) I like interactive plots!!
5. The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu?
I like how they were incorporated this time. I think the NCPs and the creatu should have a role in all future plots! |

I love the stardust effect and the fact that you had to search and find clues about the telescope and map.

I didn't like that there was such a short amount of time to get the telescope. I couldn't get one at all because of it.
3. Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature? Do you understand how it works?
I love it. It was introduced very well and I can use it easily.
4. Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them so?
I don't really have a good answer for this one. Sorry.

I don't know......

I loved the Stardust effect that the creatu could have. I also loved the different items we could get such as the silver stardust and the empty urns. I'm looking forward to seeing how the other world festivals will be like. ^^

1. The feature that I had found myself enjoying the most was the possibility to get a new effect for Creatu. I have been here for a long while, and I am very glad Rescreatu has evolved to the point of all these new creatu effects and mutants and such. Mutants were a great addition, and I feel like the Stardust effect just added very greatly to the beauty of the artwork here.
2. The feature I least liked would probably be the story and finding stardust and what to do. Nothing was very well laid out, and you basically had to go around the whole site many times and visit different places a lot of times until you finally figured out where you were supposed to go, and I saw a lot of other users having this problem as well. I was receiving some R-mail asking how to find a telescope and such, and I just don't believe it was well played out.
3. I do think this was introduced pretty well. I can't think of anything off the top of my head that could be improved with it. It seemed like a good idea to me, I just wish it wasn't only adults that would be able to have the effect since Regression Rays are no longer in the Credit Shop, and it takes a long long time for Creatu to be able to grow up. A lot of time I don't have the time to keep pets on my profile for that long, and usually I leave here for over a week at a time, so my Creatu end up dying because I want to age more than one Creatu at a time and my food pen runs out quickly with so many pets I want to age. I do understand how most of it works, though I am not quite sure why Mutants will not be able to have the effect and it makes me sad x3
4. Good: I loved how the characters interact with the pla[injection]yer, it was pretty well thought through. Bad: I just didn't like how the story was placed, and how you had to guess where to go. If there were clues, they were hidden somewhere and I didn't figure it out until I saw people with apples and that was the ONLY reason I knew it was at the Apple Tree. Though I also think, even though the quality of writing was good for the age group of all of Res, the content might have been a little much and many people might have skipped through it. I found myself bored with a few parts of it, and almost skipped through myself.
5. I would love to see many different creatu. I was glad a Indigo Jahra was chosen, since it was not a very very common creatu like a Natural something or another... I would be looking forward to seeing another Creatu that isn't popular, like one not many people like so that way that Creatu could become more popular. (For example, I know Quelis are not too popular.) And I would also love to see the role of the Creatu increase, and see them more around the site interacting, like maybe being in charge of new games, or the current ones. I would also love to see different ex[injection]pressions on their faces, instead of frozen in the same one, but I would understand if that would take up too much time and that's the reason. We are all only humans after all! I also notice that I hear a lot of mention about these Guardians of the planets, there are books on them, but you never hear of them outside of that. I think it would be cool to incorporate them more into Rescreatu.

1. Please tell us the features of Comet Festival you most enjoyed and what you enjoyed about them. Don't hold back! Whether it's characters, artwork, story, the Stardust effect, or anything else—we want to know. I enjoyed the new effect the most - it was very cool looking and VERY exciting; I think the effect looks best on the Uilus (so far). Everything else was alright. It was pretty fun to have each creatu look at the comet and such. My minor complaint was how tedious it was, but then again, I have over 800 pets and the number of stardust effects I got in exchange for how long I had to comet-watch made it worth it. The festival was alright overall.
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve! The style of dialogue with the astronomer (forgot his name, sorry) was rather corny. I feel like it was also just a bit too difficult to find stardust, but this is coming from someone who can only play for about 5-15 minutes a day. I personally feel that the peak of the comet's arrival should have been a couple of days longer, but considering that the festival will be returning at least a few more times, then the short length of the festival isn't too big of a problem. I'm also confused as to the use of gold stardust. I'm hanging on to mine with the assumption that there will be a use in future festivals, but otherwise it was about as rare as it was useless this time around. The astronomer's face creeped me out. XD I'm sorry, it just did. His face artwork REALLY stood out compared to the outwork of the other characters, so it seemed a bit weird.
3. Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature? Do you understand how it works?I think the system was introduced well, and I enjoy the feature. I'm slightly baffled as to why it's only available for adults and if it will be this way forever, but otherwise, I'm quite satisfied with the feature, and really appreciate that it can be turned on and off. I understand how it works, though it took a slight bit of figuring out.
4. Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them so?I love interaction, it makes it fun and interesting. It was the writing style of the dialogue that I disliked because, as mentioned before, it was somewhat corny. Other than the writing style, I enjoyed the plot design and it was refreshing to see something more interactive on Res.
5. The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu? Seeing as the story and the characters have been developed so much, I would think that sooner or later, the characters should be permanently implemented into the Rescreatu universe in the form of a visitable observatory or something, as well as its own service or quest to offer. The astronomer and his deep interest in space could be a way to make a plotline involving his potentially visiting Uldavi or having some connection to Uldavi or Kir, for example - I think this is a great opportunity to expand the plot and come up with something interesting or a new event in the future.
