1. Please tell us the features of Comet Festival you most enjoyed and what you enjoyed about them. Don't hold back! Whether it's characters, artwork, story, the Stardust effect, or anything else—we want to know.
I think I liked the stardust effect most. You artists did a fantastic job! It looks beautiful.
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve!
I think there could of been changes to the wording. It was a tab confusing.
3. Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature? Do you understand how it works?
I kind of understand how it works, however all the features and words and clues and riddles confused me.
4. Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them so?
It made every thing seem much more realistic.
5. The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu?
Maybe a few more quests...I honestly think the only reason I'm on Res right now is because of the chance a new quest might come out.

1. I enjoyed the plot alot, I felt it was very original!
2. My least favorite part, however, was how difficult it was to find stardust (at least I thought it was difficult) Plus I got more Gold than Silver dust so I couldn't really spend anything.
3. Yes, I have read in the forums how it works and I liked how it was introduced a little later after the event started so there was more mystery to the whole event.
4. I honestly didn't feel there was anything bad.
5. I would just like to see more of what was shown in the event. The characters seemed to show a little personality and had a story rather than just a picture and store.

I think the stardust effect is so cool! I really liked the story it kept me more interested in the event. It would be amazing to see this event on other planets. Over all i thought the whole event was good , no real complaints.I thought the introduction was a good one but it got a little confusing at times. I personally loved the interactive story line. Res's other events are cool but most are "go do this here" not like this one where you actually have to talk to shops to figure stuff out.I thought it was very fun. I would love to the see the character maybe even more interactive, like you go to the specific planet and they greet you. It would also be cool to have more of the shops and places woven into the festival.
It was a great
event and I look foward to more like it.

I really liked the art work for the creatu as they got hit with the effect of the comet. Some look really pretty, others could use a little work xD but none the less still really pretty. I like the whole idea of making this festival happen when the comets were around. made it seem like we could get a little more into it.
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve!
The one thing i didn't like though was how difficult it was to figure out how to start off. If it wasn't for someone being nice and helping me out with an rmail, to get me started. I honestly think i would of had no idea where to go and probably would have missed out on a lot of things. So maybe for future times give a little more help starting out, because i know i only started playing this in May i believe. But i'm still having trouble finding everything and where to go. So i can only imagine how hard it is for anyone who just started playing.
3. Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature? Do you understand how it works?
I enjoy the new feature but i don't think it was introduced right. only because i had no idea where to go to even view the effect. I think there should have been a little message telling you where to look. Because i wanted to look at the effects of the stardust effect. but i didn't know how to see it. so i ended up using a free urn on a mutant, and from what i heard there is no guarantee of mutants even getting art work. So that was basically used for no reason and i didn't even know. If i would have, i would have used it for a different pet. Now i just have to hope that the mutants get art work as well.
4. Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them so? Like i said earlier, it was difficult to start out. Because i had no idea who to go to, or what to do. The good thing though was it made it more fun. You had to go talk to different people.
5. The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu?
I honestly cant say, because i never really got to do the one durring Easter. I didn't understand how it all worked and so i wasted my time to get eggs. This time around i had help figuring things out so it made it easier. But if that person didn't help me. i honestly think i would have missed out on a lot again.

1. Please tell us the features of Comet Festival you most enjoyed and what you enjoyed about them. Don't hold back! Whether it's characters, artwork, story, the Stardust effect, or anything else—we want to know. I loved all of it. The story was fun and the difficulty was just right - not to hard, not too easy. At first I was kind of frustrated that we couldn't share tips, but once I got started, I was glad we had to figure it out ourselves. My favorite part was the reward- the Stardust effect!
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve! I don't think there was anything I didn't like.

Do you understand how it works? Yes, yes and yes.
4.
Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the
good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them
so? It was good because it gave you a sense of accomplishment after you figured out each part of the story. I think it was a little difficult for newbies though. I think they had trouble figuring out where to go because they aren't as familiar with the site and characters (for example, who Phaeda is and where you're likely to find her)
5.

Thank you all so much for giving feedback! I have read every single one so far and have enjoyed them ALL greatly. There are already a good few posts that have given some very good ideas that I will be aiming to add in the future.
Can't wait to read more!

1. Please tell us the features of Comet Festival you most enjoyed and what you enjoyed about them. Don't hold back! Whether it's characters, artwork, story, the Stardust effect, or anything else—we want to know.
I liked the collecting and gathering aspect of the plot; if you were clever, or lucky, or had way too much time on your hands, you could gain an edge/extra prizes by searching for extra stardusts, or taking tons of creatu to the comet to see if they could get dusted. I like it when not everyone ends up with the exact same prizes, either because they were the quickest at figuring something out so they get something extra, or they just got extra through plain old hard work. It's a good motivator.
I also liked the addition of the System Message in the shoutbox this time around (probably because it was my idea, but hey, it worked :P). I think it saved the mods a lot of trouble.
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve!
Gold Stardust needed to have a better use. :c Maybe make it rarer but worth more in the exchange? Or make it have special recipes? Or something. Idk. It just made finding a silver way more awesome than finding a gold, which seem like a strange reversal. :c
3.
Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you
think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature?
Do you understand how it works?
I absolutely adore the effects system. It's like... Clothing for your pets. Only obviously not clothing, of course. xD It just adds another way to customize already awesome pets, and that is always welcome.
However, I feel like there needs to be a system in place to be able to see/search for which pets have the ability to have certain effects, even if that effect isn't active, either because it doesn't have art or the pet isn't old enough. Obviously people are going to want to trade pets for their value as stardusted creatu (or any effect) and that may cause problems down the line if we can't see which pets have the effect and which don't. I don't know if this is already in progress and just hasn't been implemented yet, but I'd like to see it. ^-^
Other than that, effects are super cool. Keep up the good work.
4.
Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the
good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them
so? Again, I like the ability to change how well you do in the plot depending on how involved you are and how much time you put into working it out. It makes the rewards that much more... rewarding. And a little bit of luck thrown in just makes it that much more interesting. I think it would be cool if there would be a little something extra for the first people to figure out the puzzles, like a small reward for being in the first ten to find the Silver Stardust Apple, or something, but that's just an idea.
5.
The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they
have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see
characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu?
I liked the fact that the NPC's creatu played a part in the plot; it made them feel more like characters and less like pack animals used for showy purposes. Also, I'd like to see a villain plot when the battle system comes back, please. Give me some baddy to kick out of Rescreatu with my creatu and pointy swords and I shall be a happy camper.
Blah.

I personally find the comet festival was very well planned out, I in-joyed the brain puzzling quests. The most favourite part was the system message being on auto, so it would randomly say "Not to talk about the festival and stuff." when we weren't saying anything about it, that gave me a laugh. :P
Though, I don't have any suggestions on how to make it better, the staff worked hard, and thats really all you can ask for, even if things don't go the way they planned, in the end you guys always seem to smooth out the edges. xP So, thanks for that.
Umm...O.O So, I like mirabilis' and stuff. Cx :D Vote for Pedro!! xD

Can't say anything but that it ROCKED! Had a blast, loved the new "effects" system, and personally can't wait to see what will happen next!
All in all, Res is really a great "place" to be! The staff is awesome in that they actually take time to interact with us, not just tell us what we can and can't do. The writers and artists are the best. It's fun to play!
Thanks for everything you guys/gals do for us that play.
"But how will I know when I get there?" "Trust me, you\'ll know." "I don\'t under...oh." "What\'s wrong?" "I\'m there." "Heh heh, told ya!"

I most enjoyed clicking the comets and hoping for awesome stat improvement or stardust effects :D. I really liked the new items and some of the effects the creatu gained xD. I also liked how stardust was an on-and off thing :D
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve!
Gold stardust was slightly more useless compared to silver stardust :/ . Recipes has just made some clothing items quite expensive x.x;
3.
Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you
think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature?
Do you understand how it works?
I think it was introduced quite nicely - however i would personally find it only enjoyable if effects were only obtainable through events such as these. ie if u can buy effects in credit shop or npc shops, i wouldn't like it as much. Yes , the feature gives a nice touch :). Yes, i understand how it works, though im not super sure on how to obtain them other than looking at the comet (which is now gone xD)
4.
Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the
good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them

I'm not a gigantic fan of reading, so i skimmed through most of the plot :x , but there are some cute stories which i enjoyed, like finding a pet in the apple tree; and being able to discover comets come by with the characters :). Personally, for me, perhaps if it was less wordy 'in one go' xD.
5.

An evil villian or a hero kind of thing OR team stuff (harry potter inspired? xDLOL) would be aweesomeee :*D. We've been getting a bit more events on the 'research' and 'scientific' side ; (kir2 and stardust research), i would love to have something a little more... actiony :D.

hmm i really like every think of this festival , but the gold stardust was useless and that was alittle bit annoying , some pets have the stardust effect but when we select the effect it picture disappear

I liked the fact there were a few quests to get the requested items for Perry, it was challenging and fun at the same time I also loved how our pets could contribute in the viewing of the comet!
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve!
I didn't like the system message every half hour, it was quite annoying. I would've reduced it to maybe every hour or so. I also didn't like how some pets I dusted had no image, it was frustrating trying to get their effect back to normal as I couldn't click the blank space. I also didn't like how you could only view the comet once per stage, I would've rathered once per day instead. I didn't like the "nothing happened" Bit either, it dissapointed me that 'nothing' could happen to your pet.
3.
Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you
think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature?
Do you understand how it works?
I didn't even know this event was used to introduce new effects, it was quite oblivious to me, but I enjoyed the way it was introduced, although I heard a rumor that Res was copying Aywas, as Aywas had a meteor shower on or something. I think that this is a completely new idea, and it's nice that Res has their own event.
4.
Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the
good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them
so? I liked the interactive plot because it had a different idea to finishing quests, rather than clicking someone in the "quests" toolbar in "games" I reckon we could've interacted with more NPC, but apart from that it was fine
5.
The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they
have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see
characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu? I liked how some of the NPCs had different costumes on instead of just the same thing all the time. But I think more of the NPCs could've been used for dress up or/and quest reasons.

The stardust Creatu. Yes! They look amazing *o* The stardusted black Meragon is probably the best. It's beautiful. I also liked how some of the NPC shop owners were involved.

1. Please tell us the features of Comet Festival you most enjoyed and what you enjoyed about them. Don't hold back! Whether it's characters, artwork, story, the Stardust effect, or anything else—we want to know.
I enjoyed where we had to go ask around the shop keepers and ask for clues and such, and the fact that no tu is needed to do this quest. It's actually very fun to interact with NPCs because they're apart of the res community and not just random faces with random names that people don't care about.
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve!
I'm pretty sure you get this a lot, but what is the use of the gold stardust? The silver stardust are worth much more but I heard that the gold stardust are rarer. Trading them for 50k seems a bit useless actually. Also when they said about the telescope and apple I actually got a bit confused. I was thinking that the telescopes were being sold in shops but when I asked to buy one from a user then I realized we would have to get it ourselves. About the apple, I thought that we have to visit the apple tree and look for a paor instead of picking up apples to see the event. So I visited the apple tree without plucking any apples and almost gave up. Until I asked a friend of main privately and she told me to get the silver stardust apple.Other than that it's pretty much a very fun event.
3. Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature? Do you understand how it works?
I think it was introduced greatly. The events were new and exciting, it pretty much got the res community on edge (I'm assuming, seeing as the shoutbox is full of people talking about the stardust effect and the unknown effect gained from the kir bioscan) I understood the effects easily and enjoyed it very much.
4. Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them so? The good things are that we can have some fun with the interactions. I might actually make a quick comic strip of the stardust event. Just imagining us walking around with our pet, running in the shops looking for clues and such. It's pretty much overall an awesome idea.
5. The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu?
I'd really like to interact with Antonio and Malcolm. Why? Well Antonio is really handsome LOL uhm. Nah, it's mainly because they look shady and I'd like to see some shady stuff going on res ;D

I really enjoyed this event it was great to have something that was interactive and required a bit of thought. I think it was great that it developed over the space of a few days rather than having everything all at once at that it wasn't all about hitting refresh. The art was great as was the story line, thanks guys! I know some people were confused but I think once people get used to having to work for an outcome rather than just getting handed everything that would change.
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve!Taking everything out of my lair! But no in all honesty I really enjoyed this event the only downfall was not having all the art on the pets for the effect though I know that's coming and am happy to wait and perhaps the other thing I would say is that the most easily collectible item - the apples - only had one use , I had so much of these and spent so much time collecting them it was a bit disappointing. It was great that at least some part of this event was achievable by everyone no matter their skill. Oh... and I do wish the gold stardust had more of a purpose too however I guess we can't have everything right? I loved that you got tu rewards when visiting the comet too, that made the time spent well worth while :)
3. Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature? Do you understand how it works? This worked well I think, I know there was some confusion but I found it pretty easy to figure out.
4. Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them so?I enjoyed the follow the clues style to this event ad thought that was quiet fun, I'm pretty bad at riddles etc but still it's nice to have to work for something :) There was a lot to read in the updates but it was written well :)
5. The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu? I think it's awesome when the NPC's are given a story line and more of a personality, maybe more recipes could become available through interactions with shop members? or even certain items or forum avatars in the future? Either way I think that more interaction is a good thing and stops things getting stale :) xoxo

Hi, I said before I enjoyed the look of the event itself and the dusted creatu. I still could do with a help page about baby creatus who where dusted and any way to realise them .. not sure which ones it applies to now. Also not sure if I can still use the silver urns I have on Scria creatu now the comet has gone. I think a comment on feeding silver stardust apples and end result might not go amiss either. I just think you might need to pick up people who come in half way through before the next planet with correct advice.
I blundered through it due to lack of time and did not follow it as well as I might have with a guide but I guess thats because you needed to stretch more experiecend gammers than me! It definately had me on site more than usual. It was nice to be able to join in with something as I am debarred from a lot of the egg collecting becasue I have done them previously. thanks for the comet. Allbion
Exploring .... need a compass ... amd a return ticket !

1. Please tell us the features of Comet Festival you most enjoyed and what you enjoyed about them.
I really liked the back story and the use of the NPC and his pets. The visits to the comet with its rewards during each stage was WONDERFUL...I loved that you never knew what you'd get! This wasn't just a "restock things, turn them in" event like so many other sites do now. New members and "old" members had an equal chance to enjoy the comet and its benefits, and participate in the quests.
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve! If I HAD to pick something, it would be the conflicting info about the recipes (figuring them out, then being told we could share what we found via Rmail, then finding out that we weren't supposed to tell anyone about them, THEN finding out that we weren't supposed to do them at all until the card came out...lol, it was confusing). But that was trivial and kind of funny to me. I've organized events irl myself, and it's not easy to have every single detail go as planned; you just have to kind of go with it. :D Truthfully, I enjoyed every bit of this event. Well done!
3. Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you
think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature?
Do you understand how it works? This was a WONDERFUL way to introduce the effects system. The entire event didn't revolve around just that, and the fact that you realized at one point that ALL of the planets would get their own comet festivals and stardust effects...well, it really points to the future. It was exciting and rewarding, and the effects system is quite unlike anything I've seen elsewhere. VERY original, very nicely implemented.
4. Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the
good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them
so? The best part to me was the limited release of hints and activities. You could only progress a certain amount each day. There wasn't that rush to finish followed by the inevitable complaining about how "easy" it all was. I also liked the "bind to account" items like the Star Map and Telescope. I felt all of this leveled the playing field so that the more experienced users didn't have an unfair advantage over the new users.
5. The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they
have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see
characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu?
I like that we learn more and interact more with established NPCs at each new event. It makes me feel that the "world of Rescreatu" has so much more to reveal as it moves forward. It's made me more interested in coming back each day to see what develops. Personally, when I see creative progress like this, I feel more inclined to support a site financially.

[[fffff I had so much written, and then I hit the back space and deleted it all]] 1. Please tell us the features of Comet Festival you most enjoyed and what you enjoyed about them. Don't hold back! Whether it's characters, artwork, story, the Stardust effect, or anything else—we want to know.
My favorite thing was the plot line and the characters. I liked how this plot had a real story to it and just was a 'go and find this thing for me' kind of plot like we've had in the past. I like how I feel like I'm actually helping someone do something good, unlike other events where I'm helping fuel sister revelry or some girl who lost a bunch of important crap and now it's your job to find it. There was actually more to the festival's plot than just going out an finding/buying things and bringing it back. You actually needed to have at least a small knowledge of Res to understand everything, which promotes new users to go out and explore. The reason I like the characters was becasue they actually had a story, they weren't just ordering you around. I felt like they were actually asking you to help them with something, not just telling you what to do and then sending you on your way. I also liked how there was a few connections between the festival guy and Kir's Ivik. I found that very interesting. It was also nice to be able to talk to the NPCs and get things from them. I'd like to see the Shop NPC's being involved again in other events.
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve! I don't like all of the complaining/people asking for help or the system message that went off every hour. I found them both very annoying. I feel so sorry for all of the staff members who spent time making this work only to have members upset or asking for things. The clues weren't that hard to understand, and if you couldn't understand part 2 of the quest, then it's probably becasue you aren't that familiar with the layout of Res. The only time I could understand questioning was where to find the telescope, because I at first thought you actually had to buy it, but I figured it out in the end.

Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you
think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature?
Do you understand how it works? Yes and yes. I liked how only Scira's creatu actually had the stardusted design in the beginning, and then the Cs ones were released. The one thing I didn't like was that you could be able to get the stardust effect on creatu not from Scira via comet. I really didn't understand how that was possible, and I'd have perfected that only native creatu could get the effect. That way people would look forward to the other festivals so then they could get their other pets stardusted. The only thing that I didn't understand about the effects is the percentage of creatu who got an effect, which I would like to see later on.
4.
Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the
good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them
so?
I'd like to see option butto- ohwait, it wasn't asking that. I pretty much already answered this in my first answer blurb, and I really don't feel like rewriting it xD Whatever you did, I liked it.
5.
The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they
have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see
characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu?
I'd like to see some more long-term plots (because Kir isn't enough xD) where you have options and what you choose will end up affecting the outcome of the story. I don't expect something like this in like a month or two from now or anything like that. I'd also like to see NPC's have more of a role in events again.

1. I really liked the new 'style' of artwork in the stardust effect creatu. They're simply done, but still quite elegant. Also, I liked the story line, it's different from the other events we've had because we actually get to feel apart of the quest, not just refreshing and refreshing looking for a few things. I loved how the NPC's got involved. Instead of one person handling all the quests / rewards, a lot of the stores' NPC's actually was a part of the event.
2. Not sure. The availability of some items I suppose, but I got a hold of them soon enough, even if it wasn't in large quantities. It is much more fun apposed to very much finishing the quest so early. Gives us all somewhat of a goal we can maintain.
3. It was nicely done; it was quite a different approach and it's suiting for the new effects system is quite different too. The Comet Festival event was much more interesting and exciting than just sending an announcement saying, "hey btw there's a new effect guis." I do enjoy this feature and I do understand how it works. It was explained well.
4. The good thing is the participants feel more involved with the plot in my opinion. But the bad thing is people are more likely to speed read or not read at all and just attempt to get to the point. That would work essentially, but they'd be missing quite a few bits along with the story line itself.
5. Um. Tough one. But keeping it along the lines of interactive quests would be nice. Keeping in mind that there should be some variety, not just a look-for-this kind of jazz.
I\'m starting to do profile commissions. I can do simple codes so care to Rmail me?
