I liked the new creatu effects but they could be more....glittery!! I thought it was hard finding the star dust. I dont really know how it works but I'm sure its great! I thought it was a great idea to interact with the story! I really dont know!

1. Please tell us the features of Comet Festival you most enjoyed and what you enjoyed about them. Don't hold back! Whether it's characters, artwork, story, the Stardust effect, or anything else—we want to know.
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve!
3. Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature? Do you understand how it works?
4. Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them so?
5. The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu?
1.The Comet Festival was made up of many features I enjoyed, but not so many I didn't. I think it was a great idea to do stardust from each planet, making it harder to dust CS creatus. I also liked the fact that creatus could be dusted by watching Astrum. As usual, the artwork was fantastic. As for the storyline, I think it was very believable, and I think all of the characters fit into it nicely. I think the only confusing part was when Floyd said that all of the merchants were stocking telescopes a few days ago. I think this may have confused some users because they never saw the telescopes in the merchant shops. I think the stardust effect looks beautiful on all of the creatu, and I can't wait to see the new colors of stardust. Overall, I think the Comet Festival was pretty well put together, and was a lot of fun for everyone.
2. What I least enjoyed. Hmmm, that's hard. I think the price of having a system that's more interactive is making the quest a little bit harder. Obviously, the quest isn't made to be super easy. One other thing is the fact that gold stardust was useless compared to silver. I think there should have been another use for gold stardust.
3. I really enjoy the effects system, I think it was introduced perfectly, and I can't wait until more effects come out. I really like the fact that effects can be turned off at any time, it's sort of like a "natural dye kit" except with effects.
4. I really loved the more interactive plot design. I think it made the quest harder, but a lot more fun. I would like to see more of these interactive quests in the future.
5. Well, coming up, I think there are so many options for new character roles and creatus in these quests. - I would like to see the botanist quest guy do something in a quest. I think the atqueen forest/enchanted springs/whirlpool leave lots of good options for new creatu/effects quests.
That's all!

(1, 2, 4) I didn't even know that there was any sort of interaction. The updates were all these really vague stories with no hints at all as to what you actually had to do; I was under the impression the whole time that it was just another 'refresh a million times until you collect all the stuff you want' situation. The only indication that anything besides that was going on was the warning not to ask for help... I think that if you're going to have puzzle/riddle type events, and you're not going to allow people to ask for help, then they should be a bit easier to follow on your own. Or at the very least, easier to get started.
(3) I do like the effects idea, though. The starry effect is really nice and definitely attractive. The storyline was great and I think it introduced the feature well. My issue is with the actual 'playing' aspect.
(5) And I like NPCs. Ever since Kir, the npcs have been really great and interesting.

i love it! i LOVED the stardust effect and the hunt part but i wish it was easier to dust CS pets :>
i enjoy least was how it was very hard to find the items i did like the way it was introduced the good was the activeness of it the bad was the hardness of finding the items because everyone wanted them i like how there was a jahra as the pet, and i would like to see wyrae or a cyid, but other than that i can't really think of something :>

1. Please tell us the features of Comet Festival you most enjoyed and what you enjoyed about them. Don't hold back! Whether it's characters, artwork, story, the Stardust effect, or anything else—we want to know.
The art was probs the best thing I liked x3, I def loved the art! I do how ever wish the art would come out faster! <3 I can't wait for all the creatu to be dusted! I also liked the story line, it was very cute, but slightly confusing.
2. Please tell us what features of Comet Festival you least enjoyed and why. Don't be shy, we want to know where to improve!
I least enjoyed... Hmmm. Probs the thing I least enjoyed, well there was a couple, one was that after a certain time many people who missed out in the first few days, or was not able to be on res in the first few days missed out on the bulk of the contest (the time when the Chances of dusting happened the most, and only after that time could you could trade your silver dust for items that were needed, and during that time the comet was leaving and the chances of dusting were slim.)
The second thing that upset me was when there were people selling help, or hints what ever you call it, but that got me really upset because you could figure it out for yourselves or ask friends but )": selling help was a little low down, I mean, no one should ever have to buy help.
Also the system messages worked hard during this time, maybe we could but a message at the top of the SB saying not to expose spoilers? this isn't my idea but I forgot who said it in the SB maybe it was Eya? anywho I just thought it was a good idea.
and another thing I didn't like, I didn't like how the recipes for the stardust clothing were leaked early, the people who knew earlier than the people who didn't have an un-fair advantage on making and distributing the clothing for a bloated price, that had to be my least favorite part about this festival
3. Comet Festival marked the introduction of the effects system. Do you think it was introduced the right way and do you enjoy this new feature? Do you understand how it works?
I understand the way it works, I think the way it was introduced could of been a little better like... I dunno I feel like we got too many clues too early on. like we can pre-view all of the pets that were going to be dusted and such, and then the expatiation were way to late! Everything the up-dates told us, I felt like we knew, so I think it should be a little more hush hush and also a little more thorough when explaining things in the updates
4. Comet Festival adopted a more interactive plot design. What were the good and bad things about interacting with the story and what made them so?
I loved the interactive stuff! I think we should have more of it in the future, for the other events! it made the human avvies... more human ;P
5. The Comet Festival's story and characters are more developed than they have been in previous releases. What role would you like to see characters and stories play in the world of Rescreatu?
I would love the stories/more back stories for the various characters in the events and I also love how they are more developed, over all I believe the staff did a very nice job!

1 and 2.
The character development with Perry was interesting. I think whoever did the writing did an insanely great job with keeping up Perry and even Astra's personality. Reading their blurbs was probably one of the most interesting parts of the festival itself. Floyd's rambunctious attitude was played off well, even with the fact that he didn't talk much. The quest itself wasn't hard too hard to complete, but it wasn't exactly easy. I find it was a nice balance for those younger users who might have had trouble too. What really irked me though, was at the apple tree. After talking to Nicolette and figuring out that you have to go to the tree, I picked about five apples and still didn't get the stardust apple. So I honestly didn't think that that was the answer, and that really frustrated me. If some of the other shopkeepers possibly hinted at picking apples, which would have incorporated more of the 'keepers also, I think it would have helped. Seeing as it's all chance, a user may have tried ten times before getting an apple. /rambles
The festival was just a really nice change from the typical Rescreatu stuff. It got pretty crazy in the sb though, what with all the users logging on and accidentally asking for hints, and the system message going off every five minutes. That was also a little unnerving. I don't think the message was clear enough in the update to not share answers. Next time, I'd probably put the warning as the first thing people read because honestly, I know some users probably just went ahead and just skimmed right through what the updates said. So yeah, a little bit more warning.
Yes, the festival was extremely fun, but I feel like it happened so fast. Finding the telescope and then not being able to do anything was great. It really stopped that rush and helped everyone to relax. But then the comet came around and people were scrambling to get their pets to see it. It all happened in three short days with the comet and little really went on during that time except for dusting your pets. Like many other users, I think the gold stardust could have had more use. I was actually pretty upset to find out that it became a credit shop item. It feels like at the last minute, someone just decided not to use the gold dust and instead make it an item you have to pay for. I think that sort of takes away from the whole Festival and Quest, because it's not really part of the Quest at all. I would have much rather liked to see the gold being used for the urns. If you really wanted to make them more rare, you could have provided another item to add that would make it harder to obtain.
3.
What I found most annoying, still is annoying, with the effect feature is that some of the Creatu can gain the effects without even having the art for it. And with these Creatu, you can't even tell if they have the effect or not. I would have much rather liked to see a slow progression with the pets with the dust: they have to have art before they can be dusted. It wasn't too hard to figure out how the new feature worked. A lot of people, including me, noticed it quickly upon clicking on the information for our pets and seeing the drop-down for effects. If you went snooping around the Creatu Species Information, you would have seen it there too. I think the way you introduced it was nicely done, again loving Astra and Perry.
4.
It was a nice change to log onto Res and go through this quest instead of doing the same old thing; selling hatches, checking forums, checking stocks. I wouldn't change anything about what had already been done, but I feel like more of the NPC's could have had a role in this. Even if they didn't offer any type of item in return for stardust, or information about the quest, they could have said something along the lines of: "I can't wait to see the comet's passing!" Even small things like that would have made it a bit more 'realistic.' It's kind of strange to have a few NPC's talking about it and the rest are just going on with their own business as if nothing is happening. So I'd like to see all of the shopkeepers involved, no matter if they're just saying small little blurbs. Keep it real.
5.
Okay. I love Malcolm. I've always loved him and the Black Market. He talks about illegal bartering being done, sketchy characters walking around. I would love, more than anything, to have a Quest that involves him. Something stolen from his shop, he's indebted to someone and needs some help, anything. I'd like a quest that isn't too big, that doesn't give you fancy new pets, but is strictly there to get you closer to an NPC. Maybe these quests could be far and few, and if you take the time up to complete them, you get trophies or new avatars, maybe even a special item from the shopkeeper.
--
So I think that's all. It seems like all I've done is really nag about the festival, but I think it's more important to hit the parts where it could be better, rather than rave about everything I loved. It was a really nice change to the typical Res and I DID log on every single day for it. Great job to all the artists and all the writers, and all the other staff for coming up with this. I think I can speak for all of Res when I say this was amazing.

First I want to say, that the Comet Festival was a really great idea!
Characters, artwork, story … everything was perfect. I love the
stardust effect, it's a wonderful option to give our pets a different
look. I personally had my problems with the little riddle, I'm not good in
such things. ;) So I was very late to visit the observatory and none
of my pets wanted to be stardusted. I'm very sad about it. Well, I
can understand, that not every pet can get the stardust effect, they
shall be something very special. But … none of 60?
Maybe every 8th or 10th pet, so every user can get some, without buying silver starglass urns
or starglass to fill it with silver stardust. And the same chance on
every day when the comet is there. That's what I wish for all for the
next comet festival. The interactive plot design was wonderful and it was easy to interact
with all of them. It was the right way for a very special event. ;)
At last I only can speak for my Rescreatu-Home-planet Atquati. A little
mermaid character would be great in my opinion. Maybe with a dolphin
at her side. The story … maybe something in the Enchanted Springs
or something happened in the whirlpool?
Like I said at the beginning it was a really great event and I want to see
more of those. That's what I love at Rescreatu – a lot of new
things, new events. And that you want to have our feedback after this
hard work, that's the best. I always know that we all are im[injection]portant,
not only user. More like … One for all and all for one.
Thank you very much for this great event, for all the hard work, drawing,
programming, for the fantastic stardust effect. Thanks for all! :)

.. ;w; I was about to fill in the format, but after reading many of these already filled ones, i found out that the people in Rescreatu had quite much same thoughts as i did.
Lovely change for a while, not just the same seasonal hunts and things you can expect and wait for. o 3o It was really interesting and nice event, i loved the new NPC's and stories.
I also liked, that the quests were a little challenging. Of course it might take a while to get trough them, but doesnt that just make the prize just more.. rewarding? (:
Overall, really nice event. Good job guys. :T

i didnt find any stardust but the event was brilliant and sounded a success all that counts is that everyone enjoyed it and more events like this should be held like the stardust event where people have to search for stardust in the forest of worship its only a suggestion but it will be fun and exiting

1. I love the stardust clothing, and the fact that you find stardust, not buy it. it gives a fair advantage to the users with less tu /cough cough/ 2. The only thing i really have to complain about is how cheap the potions guy was buying the stardust, I thought it should be more around 250k than 50k 3. I love how the effects system was introduced, especially how at the comet non-scrain pets could get dusted. I got my achro tesuri dusted, which was totally awesome. 4. I loved the interactive plot system. It became totally obvious once you figured it out, but it was so enjoyably frustrating! 5. i would love it if characters gained more life. I like how the clothing shop lady now wears the cape from the festival. It was really nice to see the people we buy from talk to us.
