No it shouldn't. Just because one person disagrees doesn't mean everyone will xD
I did finish drawing some samples for you:
Oh yeah I actually made these pets look less like plushes and a tiny bitrn more realistic. Initially I drew them to look exactly how I would rnimagine a plush of them would look, but they just looked dead in the rnend. So I gave them a bit more character and adjusted anatomy a bit.
But taking what Grave said into account. If people don't like the idea of changing creatu into something that is no longer a living organism then I say we could just get rid of the seams on these plushes, change the eyes and have awesome super cute SD babies 8D
Further taking more things that Grave said into account, like 'dye kits only change colour schemes'. Why not have an SD egg where, when hatched you get an SD creatu? They could be super rare findables on planets (like maybe rarer than seasonals but being available around all year long) or bought in the credit shop ;D
By the way, Grave. Just because Res rolls like that now, does it mean Res has to roll like that forever? Things change, perhaps improve. You've got to accept that. By the way, the suggestion forum is for suggesting changes. Really, 'it's like this now' and 'we don't have this' isn't a good arguement. We suggest to make things not like how they are now and to add things to the collection of things we have. Also, you don't really know what Res is aiming for; you're not Patrick, Grave.
If we are still looking into having squishy creatu, I also have another idea. We could make the patterns similar to how the patterns in Chowder work, having a (vector) texture as a base and doing cell shading on top using the multiply. The markings worn't follow the contour of the body and it would make them look more like they were made from cut bits of fabric and sewn together ;D
