I hate how that I can't order my pets past 25 in Change Order. I have 28 pets out and the last 5 I like to have in a specific order, since they are 

You're not supposed to have more out, though. You can, but you're not meant to. There's meant to be a limit, why you can't order after that. c:

Well I heard that we can have up to 50 or something out now. If we are allowed to have more than 25 out then we should be able to order them :/ I mean, I'm responsible enough to feed my pets and not have them die.

You can take out as many as you want, but you aren't supposed to be able to hatch or buy if you have a certain amount or more out. For ranchers that number is 25, for merchants it's 15. If you want to have 173 pets on your profile, go for it, but you can only order and see in the "all pets" module the first 25 (as a rancher, change to 15 for merchant).
