*Re-Suggestment* Quiz for New Users

Okay, I'm re-suggesting this because the last thread died and this is something I really think should be in place because it's becoming a problem. Recently there's been so much rule breaking from just unaware Spam to painfully obvious multies.
Credit is to whoever thought of this originally. I can't even find the thread.

I really think there should be a quiz in place for New Users that they have to take before using the Forums and Shoutbox. Yes, the Shoubox too. If I remember right, this wasn't really part of the original suggestion.

Most new users don't know they're breaking rules. They don't realize that you can't post on a thread older than four weeks, or that TYPING LIKE THISSSS!!!! is considered Spam in the SB.
They also ask a lot of common questions that are clearly answered in the FAQ. I'm pretty sure a majority of the users asking these questions aren't even aware there is a FAQ. I link it a bunch of times, and most users say thanks then go on to read it. If they come back to ask more questions, it's about things not in the FAQ.

A small test over the Rules and FAQ would make things so much easier on everyone - new and old users alike.
Not only that, but it'd keep probably 90% of trolls out. After all, you have to take a test just for the chance to troll? Who'd want that? They'd probably move on to another site than read everything. Most trolls aren't even intelligent in their trolling, so I doubt many would try to pass a test.

Some of the questions could ask things like "which of the following are examples of spam" and "after how many weeks is a thread considered dead". It could also ask something about training and battle, like "why does the Battle link not work?" and the most important... "How many accounts are you allowed to have?"

Guys, make this happen. Please.

Also, yes I am aware it might be hard to take me seriously with a ginger beard. Blame YAM.

I support with whole-heartedly. I think some users are even banned from their lack of knowledge of the rules. Your not the only one who notices lots and lots of necroposters. I've seen about 2 today alone. Some threads were even from 09' or early 10'. Right now, I can't use the shoutbox, because of my age, but I think the quiz should  be applied to both the forums and the shoutbox. If the user fails the quiz, should they have to wait until taking the quiz again? Frankly, some users may still be too lazy and guess. Or, could they try try and try until their heart's content?
I also have noticed that new users seem to think omnis, galtas and other creatu that are worth a whole lot, aren't worth that much and figure a nattie veram is equal worth. It's kind of crazy, and it seems odd when your selling albinos and they offer a sepia berrok for it. So maybe something that helps them learn their value?
