I'm probably going to piss off a good portion of the Res population.
Well, onto business.

Res needs an age cap.
Something along the lines of being 13 or older to register onto this site.
The amount of immaturity on this site as of now is getting on my nerves.

When somebody gets banned, give them a period of time before making a new account. Ideally at least 6 months or more.
People that break the rules need to stay off of the site so they don't start up trouble again.

Don't give me any of the "if u dont leik it den leev" crap.

... A good portion of the immaturity actually comes from some of us older users though. xD I've always been pretty bad about this, and I joined at thirteen. I'm not nearly as bad as I used to be, since now it's all just joking, but I was still definitely immature for a long time. Huge hypocrite and whatnot.

For those who are younger.. eh. Some of them may seem worse at first, but I usually notice that they get more mature over time. I'm friends now with a lot of people who used to get on my nerves like crazy. Even one girl who stole a pet from me several months ago. Esh's actually a pretty cool guy.

We shouldn't punish everyone in a group because of a few people's temporary faults. I think the only reason a site should need an age cap is because of mature site content, which we don't really have.

I guess I don't really have anything to say on the bans thing. xD Only thing I can think of is that it might be a little much on a first offence. I've seen several people come back from being banned that have learned from their mistakes and been perfectly fine on their new accounts. Losing everything and having to start over can definitely be a damper.

'Course, if a person's doing it on purpose, yes, they deserve it.

Putting an age cap probably won't be implemented. Rescreatu is meant to be a family website where the parents and their children can join. if we block off the 13-year-olds then we will be prejudice and probably get a lot of people turned off from the website and not bother joining.

When a user is banned, it's the staff's hope that they have learned their lesson because they lost everything on their account and maybe they'll wisen up. If not and they continue to break the rules then the Head of Support may choose to IP ban them for some time so they will have time to thinkk about what they've done. I think the 6-month site ban may not entirely be necessary in some cases as well, but in a sense, staff do that to an extent.
