Add Creatu MPs to the Vintage Golden Bag

Quick tally of the remaining creatu MPs on the site (as of initial post):

In all, there are 2,399 creatu morphing potions remaining on the site. Of those, only 21 are for sale in shops. As it's been around fifteen years since the Referral Shop closed, the majority of the remaining MPs are likely located on inactive accounts.

Now, I've just recently started morphing pets in an attempt to get a glitch color to fill my collection, but I know others that have done it. I just started doing it within the last two days, in fact, and I've already used two creatu MPs, because I got a RMP'd a Viarindi although I was trying for Veram, and I like Viarindi. If I got Wyrae at any point, I'd be forced to start over with a new pet and creatu MP because you can't morph a Wyrae.

Therefore, my suggestion to combat the low amount of MPs circulating on the site: Bring back creatu MPs to the Vintage Golden Bags. There would be a very low chance of drawing one, but at least there would be new potions in circulation for the people who are interested in these morphing projects. As there are 14 types of creatu MPs, a random selection of 3-4 MPs could be added to the bag at a time, swapping out every few months or so.

Alternate suggestion: When I brought this up, Avedori suggested a potential very expensive way to craft a creatu morphing potion. The idea I've come up with for this is:
Creatu Essences, available from either the Cash Shop or Kir's Quest. When combined with a (magical?) natural squishy of that creatu and a Random Morphing Potion, it turns into a morphing potion for that creatu.

Morphing potions still exist in the form of RMPs, although that is random instead of a specific creatu. If you want a specific creatu in a certain color, you can use a magical squishy. These would pretty much only be useful to collectors who want to expand a collection of a certain creatu past the normally available colors to them. Hell, if I ever got blackgold, rose gold, gold, or uldavian Verams, I'd love to OAK them.

How many VGBs are opened? Probably not super many all the time. I've opened six in the last week trying to get a specific item with no luck. They would just be a few very rare items added to the pool of all of the other items available from the bag. They likely would be drawn very rarely.

As the current supply of available MPs is diminishing, I don't see a problem with bringing back just a few for users who would actually be able to use them for collections.

I think it's all because of getting glitch creatu.
We are not even suppose to be able
To ever have thoes kind of pets.
Like gold verams, or uldavi malals..
And that's why it's frowned on.

Another user said they were brought out..
Only because res just started out..
And the site needed a good stock of
All colors of many of these pets.
That there wasent enough.

Glitched pets still exist, and no one has ever done anything to remove them, besides the ones that have been deleted during name clearings. I have a glitched name that I was having trouble with changing the capitalization, and Dan actually helped me change it.

The items already exists and people can still buy it from others. This would just bring it back in a very limited capacity for people who would like them for collections. It works similarly to the magic squishies and RMPs already. It just changes your pet to a specific creatu without changing the color.

Who does this hurt? If people want to collect extra colors just for fun, and possible even OAK them later, wouldn't that bring even more profit to the site? Isn't that a good thing?

I 100% agree, there's no reason for them to be so inaccessible to everyone, regardless of whether people use them to obtain glitched colours. And it's not like being in the vintage bags would make them super common, the vintage bags have a wide pool of old items in them. 10/10 good suggestion

 Creatu morning potions were permanently retired that is why the RMP was created.

And I agree with them being permanently retired.

The problem with them being retired was WHEN they were retired: right after the big hack, when the rollback happened and everyone needed them to re-create the rare colored creatu they had lost. I used and gave away most of my stock of those potions and was lucky enough to keep one of each in my collection, except the intes potion, which Gunmetal generously gifted me.  I don't think the morphing potions were a bad idea because there weren't any seasonal or CS ones. So, are magical albino CS squishes somehow more acceptable? The old morphing potions could be sold in the cash points shop too.

Because we -- staff -- are no longer supporting incidences of mistakes being made when making or utilizing glitched creatu colors, we have no intention of bringing back the Creatu Morphing Potions as they are now.

We do understand that collectors desire them and they're used in on-site collections, but until we find a way to bring them back that doesn't pertain to creating "glitched" creatu they will remain retired.

ETA: You can absolutely still create OAKs of special colors on regular creatu, even without them being that specific color.

Double name support is also no longer being handled by staff, so the point is moot.

Thank you for the useful information, Lycan. I didn't realize that you could make OAKs of the special colors without actually having them. Perhaps whatever coding is put into the Wyrae that makes it un-morphable could be added to the other CS pets as well as Uldavi?

CS pets are already unmorphable by RMP means (I believe Uldavi are as well) and you can use regular Creatu MPs on Wyrae, so there isn't an "unmorphable" code for anything other than RMP.
