So say my thread is really popular, and then a bunch of people bump it and I want to disable it, then I don't know when someone actually posts for business. Then if I keep it on, I still have 100alerts from bumps. I dunno, kind of in the middle of support or not support.

I'm with Bretts on this one, kinda support but don't wanna get spammed XD
Support. And I like Reeses' idea of being able to disable it.
Not active on Res anymore. Please contact me on Tumblr or elsewhere if you need me. If we RPd back in \'09 and beyond, I would love to get to talk to you again; I miss you all dearly. <3
I support for this, but i agree there should be a diable button, or a list of threads in a folder in alerts where you can choose to disable a certain one. but yeahh..
Suport and would also like to add that it would be nice to have a fast navigation link to find your own threads like at the top of the forum page next to the "Start New Thread" link. This way you can locate and keep an eye on your threads even if you've turned alerts off.
How about a subion button? Anyone can subscribe and unsubscribe to any thread, like if they're following one or somehting. So they get to choose whether they want to follow their own as well as another thread.
