Pat has said no b/c it really wouldn't help the economy. for instance if you bred two albinos the chances are you would get albino. and then there would be millions of little albinos running around and prices would drop...� good in theory but not in reality.

If you were to breed an albino with an albino, the baby won't be albino; that would just be like a money machine. Maybe they come out as eggs and the eggs are like normal ones (most likely to come out natural than albino), but if 'Pat' says no, too bad.=) But thanks for your opinion. � Roxas: Thanks for posting what you think! That made me think...=D yeah i dont know either.

Normal User Posts: 3,642	Neh. I like Res' system of only hatching. It allows rare eggs to stay rare. If people could breed, then holiday and credit shop Creatu would have far less value. People would probably look for and buy less eggs, as well. Because, if breeding was free, it would definitely be seen as a better option to breed two of your own Creatu, if you had them, than to spend millions of tu to buy that very same egg. x3 The economy would fly out the window. Normal User Posts: 183	You have to do a love quest. Not very cheap items. Everybody will want them so not everybody will get them. You will need to get the objects for both creatu[male-female, of course]. Normal creatus can only be breeded once every two months in a specific days. Lets say 21 and 22. CS pets can only be breed once with the love quest when the eggs are available. In the CS maybe the quest items can be CS items. The seasonal can only be breeded every 3 days=� [breeding season for seasonal eggs=1 week after the holiday celebration]And how about that breeded eggs have much more posibility to hatch natural? That way the economy wont be so afected.[With seasonal creatu and CS pets can only be Once per player not per creatu with normal creatus can be only 1 time per pet. If you have 4 veram you will only get 2 eggs, always doing the quest] And the creatus have to be 150+ days old.

Normal User Posts: 616	there would still be too many eggs... not only would the ranchers be effected by that but what about the merchants who spend hours during the time seasonal creatu come out that make most of their tu by selling seasonal eggs? like yoshi said hardly anyone would look for or buy eggs if they could just get two ebilias or two liyures and have a breeding factory. and having a long expensive process wouldn't stop many users.

And actually...if you breed an albino with an albino whose father was green or blue whose great great grandfather was albino or this new albino was an anomality(sp), then chances are you might just give birth to another green...thats how genetics work. And if those albinos you don't know what source they have (who their parents are) then they could have a completely random set of genetics! � One mom is light One dad is dark, and someone came out inbetween, the brother comes out light, the sister cime out dark, mother has red hair, father has blonde, one child ends up with brown... genetics doesn't work like albino+albino=albino. Not unless you kept breeding albinos with albinos with albinos with albinos only...but that would only happen if you're breeding your own albino together over and over again. It could be implemented that you would need an albino that wasn't related your albino's family just to make it fair to everybody. � It wouldn't hurt the economy at all if the Ranchers actually 'sold' them, and if more people could breed them. In fact how could it hurt if you had a specific line that was more or less desirable? It would bring variety towards different Ranchers and actually INCREASE the economy. If every Rancher had a quality in their pet no one else had. (But it would also mean more artists etc...) And...collecting and buying eggs could keep it so blood is fresh. In fact if you implented the rule that if you birthed a creatu that was your son they could not marry its mother (just because in the wild animals don't do it unless kept together so why should the creatu?) (I don't care about humans...they're a different story) anyway so then you'd have to find blood outside of your blood. �Anyway it wouldn't make the economy fall since loads of other games and in real life work that way. It would just mean rearranging a lot of stuff and rules, and the sort, and more trouble right now with all that's working on being improved. See right now Rescreatu is fairly new, Patrick still has to improve and make sure everything else is running smoothly and well, and making it more fun for everyone/finish this revamp as well before even thinking about adding a whole new thing that would actually completely change the system. � And so it would be great, but it would mean change, and a whole new system, and so even if Patrick were slightly interested, to him at this point after all thats happened it might just be more trouble than its worth right now. � It is a nice idea though, but I don't see it happening here. And even thinking about all the changes that would mean making to Rescreatu makes my own head spin. "Do you know somewhere he can be free? River, deliver him there."
