I hope the ammo thing don't affect current regression rays lol.

As a user who just bought a rray, it would kind of suck having them rereleased causing the price to go down.. maybe we could add a new item like the rray that uses ammo while the old one doesn’t, so the retired one doesn’t lose it’s value? XD sorry my inner greed is peeking out, LOL

How would people feel about a secondary regression ray item being introduced that requires some sort of "ammunition" for each zap and then changing the functionality of the original regression ray to include X amount of zaps per day with a limit, and then being able to load ammo into it too?

(obviously this is a nerf to the regression ray, but we're looking for a happy medium here. unlimited use items were poorly designed on our end years ago and are OP)

Considering that you can't see effects until adult, I'd say no to nerfing the original ray in that way. Most of the (active) owners of Rrays give out free zaps so that other users can see their effects without waiting a month.

What if the Rray was re-released, and there is then a chance of them breaking like books, but say after 1K uses? Or, you start to get "warnings" on the use screen saying it is wearing out before it breaks. It could be a black market expensive item (please no to being CS) and that would limit how many are in circulation.

I'm not a fan of having ammunition for a zap ray unless the ammunition can be different items already on site. Rescreatu has wayyy too many items, why introduce another one when something already existing could be used?

I'm pretty strongly against altering the existing rray in any way. I almost never use mine, but people have doled out plenty of TU (and real money) just to own one. It seems unfair to introduce the chance of it breaking and turning it into a BM item would SERIOUSLY devalue it and I'd honestly not be comfortable using it at all.

A new BM item with a higher chance of breaking seems more fair. Maybe less than 1k uses if it's just going to the BM rather than being CS.

Other items that people also spent real money and great amounts of tu on have been re-released, so I don't really see that as a valid argument. It's just part of how the game goes.

Re-released is one thing, but re-released in the CS and not as an altered item that can break. Also, changing the existing item is mostly what bothers me about it. I wouldn't mind simply re-releasing the rray in the CS as-is but that seems to be a no-go based on this thread.

Quick idea, gonna be working on it more:

Instead of releasing an item, we make use of the whirlpool. The water can somehow cause a pet to age, kind of a reverse fountain of youth haha.

Gonna brainstorm on this and post back later; anyone else please jump in with any of your own!

I like the idea of a creatu being "Blessed" with an age change. Maybe we can simply add that possibility to the Springs?

I would also support Ammo for the Rray, but think it should be made into a new item. The old RRay can continue to function with no limit, and the new one is attainable, but has a per-use cost of needing ammo. May I suggest again that the item and ammo be sold in the Kir Quest Prize Shop? The Rray 2.0 can be a pricey item, and the ammo less so.

I think that there should be a raffle that gives a way free r-rays. They're so expensive like maybe 2-3 winners per month or something? Or maybe during like day of the dead it would be a good idea for people to have them in shops for cheaper prices like around 10-15 mill. Please, someone consider my ideas. ^^ Love ya <3
