Change username Capitalization

Normal User Posts: 502	I think we should be able to change the captialization of our uername, not even just for people with lower case first letters either. I'm mostly thinking of this for people who have usernames in ALL CAPS. ;/ Who may or may not want to make there username less spammy. .
