Okay so some of us have had an experience where people were a bit nasty in the Chat box. Also sometimes they use r u there or ttyl or roflmao which confuses some people. Plus if whe had Chat box moderators things would go a bit more smoothly.
I think we already do have Chatbox Mods. They might not have been there at the time. I would send in a support ticket if you need to report a user or if you need some help about that. Just checked, we do have chat mods. They are called Moderators, and you can tell if they are one or not when they post in the forums. :)
