Stockings for Christmas! So basically, they would appear on a user's profile if they wanted a stocking and other users could 'stuff their stockings'. People could put stuff in the stockings then on Christmas day, when you log in, you recieve the items that you got and recieve alerts for each item.
You wouldn't know if anyone stuffed your stocking until Christmas Day, just like in real life (uness you peeked into yours). You could also get items from NPCs like on Halloween.
If you really cared about animals more than humans...kindly feed yourself to the next starving wolf.

I got another idea but I can't edit any posts so I'll just post here:
Since it can be annoying to go to individual user's profile, what if we had a 'Christmas Stocking' link in the main Christmas Event page? It could be set up so that a scrolly list of items in your inventory/storage/gallery is on the top and a Username box is below the items box. First, you select an item from the top box, then you scroll down to the username box. You type in someone's username and the item will be sent to their stocking. this is just so that you don't have to look through your storage/inventory/gallery for items to toss into someone's stocking then have to search up another user's profile and repeat the whole 'search inventory/storage/gallery, remove' thing.

My only problem with this idea is the fact that we already have creatu stockings from... last year maybe? It might get confusing to have a new set of stockings with a different function unless you could use those stockings for this.

Support. It'll be cool if you can give presents to random users from the Christmas Stocking page (with banned users omitted of course).It's kind of hard to choose who to give a present to, so why not let the site distribute it randomly? xD

I support, but it may make other players really upset.
1. They are not well known around rescreatu and otherwise, have no real respals.
2. Therefore, their stocking may be near empty on Christmas, while other users may have it filled to the brim. [or rim, or whatever, lol.]

True, Clouding, but that's how all sites are. You're not going to be "omgpopular!" right away, and a lot of people know and accept that.
On the other side, however, some users are nice. If a new user makes a legitimate effort to be a part of the community, chances are there will be some kind older users that will give them a little something in their stocking.
Plus, the random feature Jenny mentioned, a lucky new user might get some nice things as well. So having a "Put in random stocking" feature would be nice.
