No, Res isn't a dating site in any way as has been stated before. You can roleplay that your pets are married, but I think that officially marrying the Creatu is taking it too far. Also, breeding itself has often been suggested and rejected. This looks very much like a masked breeding suggestion. I once again say no to the breeding and for the first time (since I've commented on the matter) say no to marraige.

I agree with Wolfspi. Also, adding to that, pets being able to breed would devalue the pets just a little. The eggs wouldn't be as rare. Like if a person has 6 Jaakus, come time for the eggs to be produced, they would get 9 - 12 eggs from them. Add that ontop of the hunting that they would do for them, and they would become too common, and even more cheap then they have already become. So, I disagree with this idea.
I have to get this thing to level 1,000. Please, help.

I don't agree at all. Rescreatu isn't Wajas or Tygras, nor is it AfterMathZone so I don't really see the point of this. I think it is incorporating a little too much into the site as well.

*spots discrimination in this thread* I'm sort of half-on-half with this idea, I like the original concept. Marriage overall is pretty <3 But I can see the logical reasons why-not too as well. |

its a cutesy idea that should stay in threads or rmail, honestly i do not think res would adopt the idea since it links to breeding, and res isnt a cutesy place, res is made for a variety of ages, and rescreatu's goal is to keep its players entertained and happy (addicted to rescreatu as well, like i am) , you can marry creatu without the coding like uwi said, just post it on the pet page

I think that it is a good and bad idea. Good, because it is cute. Also, because if you breed a Jaaku and a Uilus, you would get a Juilus. An owlish flame creature. There could be a button (after you select 2 pets of different gender) called "Breed" and you would get a cute little baby! Bad, because it go a little bad. Awkward, for many reasons. I won't go into details. Yes, Good and Bad idea.

The thing with cross-breeding and getting a hybrid is that it would be really hard on the artists, so it's just a bad idea in general unless the point of the site is to breed pets (and it's not on Res).
